Krafty Peeks day 1: Beautiful Blooms

Hello all,

Welcome to Day ONE of our May release of 2018 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

You *may* have seen a peek or two of today's stamp set over the last couple of weeks! That's because it was part of our latest Krafty Kard Kit AND it works in perfect combination with our brand NEW Krafty Kolours Hybrid Inks!!

It's BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS!

This new floral set by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen is absolutely stunning! It contains several gorgeous large flower images....carnations, roses, daisies....oh my!

Used products: Die-Namics blueprint 27, Die- Namics slanted sentiment, Die-Namics hello, Black & white striped paperpack, Black gesso, Buds and Blooms stamp, Let your light shine stamp, black and clear nuvo drops.

First of i stamped the Flowers and the leaves onto some Neenah paper with the Hybride Krafty ink Purple Pansy and  Lovely Lagoon. I then took my Copic Marker V09, V06 and BG49 and colored in the flower and leaves. Then i fussy cut them with my scissors. I cut a piece of cardstock and die cut it with the rectangle die from blueprint 27. I mixed some black geso with water and made some splatters onto it. 

I die cut the die Hello out of white cardstock and heat embost the sentiment from the let your light shine set onto some black cardstock. I ended up die cutting it with the slanted sentiment die. I glued the Hello on top of the sentiment. I Glued the flowers and leaves in three different hights on the card and on top i did the Hello and sentiment. I then glued it on a double with base card with a strip of design paper. I finished of with some black and clear nuvo drops.
