Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag een kaart die ik maakte voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by a book, movie or song. Na wat nadenken dacht ik dat de film "De Reddertjes in Kangaroeland" wel leuk zou zijn. Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by a book, movie or song. After some thinking I figured it would be fun to use the movie "The Rescuers Down Under".

Voor mijn kaart stanste ik de backdrop uit aquarel papier en een los stuk aquarel papier met Distress Inkten. Bespetterde met water en plakte het op de basiskaart. Stanste het zand en beinkte dit met Distress Inkten. 

For my card I die cut the backdrop out of watercolor paper and inked it up using Distress ink. Inked up some Distress inks on a rectangle piece for the sky. Splattered some water on the both parts. Die cut the sand and inked it up aswell using Distress inks.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte daarna alles uit met de schaar. Ik gebruikte een mutsje van Snowball Fight, de sjaal van Winter Unicorn en de strik van Charge me up voor de onderdelen van Bianca. 

Stamped all the elements, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them by hand. For Biance I used a hat out of Snowball Fight, the scraf out of Winter Unicorn and the bow out of Charge me Up.

Voor Bernard stempelde ik dezelfde muis twee keer. Bij één van de muizen tekende ik een shirt, knipte dit uit en gebruikte dit shirt als een "stencil" om een nieuw shirt te maken. Voor het hoedje pakte ik het mutsje van de boer uit Hay There, Hayrides! For Bernard I stamped the same mouse twice. On one of the them I drew a shirt, cut it and used it as a mask to create a shirt by tracing it. For the hat I used the farmers hat out of the Hay There, Hayrides!

Wishing You a Hoppy Birthday

Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag een kaart die ik maakte voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; All things birthday. Ditmaal geinspireerd op een kaart die ik zelf eerder maakte alleen dan een lente variant. De winterse versie kun je hier vinden. Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; All Things Birthday. This time I got inspired by this card using a card that I have created before. only this time it's a spring version. Curious about the winter version you can find it here.

Sneed een 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch witte basiskaart. Op twee stukken aquarel papier inktblende ik de lucht en het landschap met Distress Inkten. Spetterde water en plakte de lucht al op de kaart. 

Cut a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch base card. On two pieces of watercolor paper I inkblended the sky and the landscape using Distress inks. Splattered some water and adhered the sky on the card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte ze daarna uit. Plakte een rij tulpen achter het gras en plakte deze op de kaart.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them by hand. Adhered the tulips behind the gras and adhered the landscape to the basecard.

Stempelde en heat emboste de teksten, stanste ze uit en plakte daarna alles op de kaart. Voor de vlaggen maskeerde ik de buitenzijde en stempelde een wortel. Stamped and heat embost the sentiments. Die cut them and adhered all the elements on the card. For the banners I masked the outside before cutting them and stamped the carrot.

Have a Special 2025

Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag een kaart die ik maakte voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Happy new year photo inspiration. Voor een stel vrienden die net weten dat ze in 2025 ouders worden maakte ik onderstaande kaart in combinatie met het nieuwjaars thema. Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Happy new year photo inspiration. A befriended couple just found out the are expecting a baby, to create a special card for them I combined the baby and new year's theme into one card.

Sneed zwart en witte stroken cardstock van 1/4 inch en goud glitter stroken van 1/8 inch. Plakte deze om en om op een witte topfold kaart. Sneed een zwart stuk cardstock, maskeerde de onderzijde en bewerkte de bovenzijde met een stenen stencil en witte inkt. Bespetterde het daarna met water, witte en gouden verf.

Cut black and white 1/4 inch strips and 1/8 inch gold sparkle cardstock. Adhered them onto a topfold white base card. Cut a piece of black cardstock and inked up some bricks using a white ink. Splattered some water, white and gold paint.

Stanste de voorzijde van het muizenhol uit het paneel, beinkte de onderzijde met witte inkte en plakte een strook wit papier op voor de "plint". Heat emboste alle teksten en de wasknijpers op zwart cardstock en stanste of knipte deze uit. Heat emboste op de rompers "2025" en maakte een waslijn met de wasknijpers en zwart twine. Die cut the front of the micehole, inked up the bottom and adhered a strip of white cardstock that is the skirting board. Heat set alle the sentiments and the clothespins onto black cardstock and cut them. Heat set the rompers with "2025" and adhered them into a laundry line using the clothespins.

Sneed een stuk zwart cardstock voor achter de muizen, ik wilde hier een soort van disco thema maken. Heat emboste daarom de gouden stralen voor de disco bal en bracht wat roze/ blauwe (hoe toepasselijk ;)) stralen aan voordat ik het op de basiskaart plakte. Cut a piece of black cardstock for behind the mice. I wanted to create a disco background. So I heat set the golden beams for the discoball and added some pink and blue (how fitting fo the baby theme) beams and adhered the panel to the base card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, bewerkte de ufo tot een discobal en kleurde daarna alle afbeeldingen in en knipte ze uit met een schaar. Gewerkte alle goudkleurige afbeeldingen met een witte gelpen. Stamped all the images, added some lines to the ufo to create the discoball and colored up all the images. Cut them and added some white gelpen details to the gold colored images to make them "sparkle".

You're A Cute-Tea

Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag maakte ik een kaart voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Coffee,tea & treats. Met de nieuwe release van Lawn Fawn kwamen er ook een aantal panda producten uit. Ik ging er van het weekend meteen mee aan de slag en maakte deze kaart. Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Coffee,tea & treats. The new Lawn Fawn release was out and contained some super cute panda products. Offcourse I had to get them and created this card using the new set.

Sneed een rechthoek en beinkte dit met Distress inkten. Spetterde water en plakte het geheel op een witte kaart. Stanste de letters uit woodgrain cardstock en bewerkte dit met een witte gelpen. Van de F maakte ik het streepje. Cut a watercolor rectangle, inked it up using Distress inkt. Splattered some water and adhered onto a white cardbase. Die cut the sentiment using woodgrain cardstock and added some white gelpen details. I used the letter F to create the trema.

Stempelde het bord, kleurde het met Copic markers en heat emboste hier de teksten op. Heat emboste op een stuk zwart cardstock de andere tekst. Stamped the sign, colored it up using my Copic markers and heat set the sentiments onto it. Heat set the other sentiment on some black cardstock.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte daarna alles uit. Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using my sciccors.

Vandaag maakte ik een kaart voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Coffee,tea & treats. Ik denk dat de muisjes veel plezier beleven tijdens het sneeuwballengevecht en een lekker warm drankje, wat denk jij? Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Coffee,tea & treats. I think the mice are having quite some fun watching having a snowball fight while enjoying some hot drinks

Beinkte een rechthoek, bespetterde het met water, witte verf en Blueprint Sketch gemengd met water. Stanste een strook sneeuw en beinkte de onderkant met inkt. Stanste de mok uit wit cardstock en beinkte ook hier de onderzijde.

Inked up a rectangle, splattered some water, white paint and Blueprint Sketch mixed with water. Die cut a piece of snow and inked up the bottom of the snow using Distress ink. Die cut the mug and again inked up the bottom.

Maakte van de mok een shakerkaart, voordat ik deze opplakte vulde ik hem uiteraard met shakermateriaal. Heat emboste alle teksten op roze of grijs cardstock en stanste alles uit.

Turned the mug into a shaker, before adding it on the card I offcourse filled it up with shakermaterial. Heat set all the sentiments on pink and gray cardstock and die cut all of them.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte alles uit. Plakte alle onderdelen op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them by hand. Added all the elements on the card using glue or foamtape.

Sending Joy for the Holidays

Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag maakte ik een kaart voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; A Photoi nspiration. Ik denk dat de muisjes veel plezier beleven aan de race wat denk jij? Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; A Photo Inspiration. I think themice are having quite some fun watching the race what do you think?

Beinkte een stuk aquarel papier met Distress Oxide inkten en spetterde daarna water en witte verf. Stanste twee stukken sneeuw en beinkte ook deze met inkt. Plakte alle drie de lagen op een topfold witte basiskaart.

Inked up a piece of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide inks. Splattered some water and white paint. Die cut two pieces of snow and also inked these up using the same inks. Adhered the tree layers onto a topfold white base card.

Voor de wortel sleeën, beinkte ik de wortel wagen en verwijderde de inkt van de wielen met een wattenstaafje voordat ik ze stempel. Stempelde de arreslee en knipte hieronder het "ijzer" vandaan.

For the carrot sled, I inked up the carrot cars and removed the ink of the wheels using a cotton stick before stamping them. Closed the carrot using a black fineliner. Stamped the sled and removed the iron from it and glued them underneath the carrots.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste of knipte ze uit. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en stanste en knipte deze tot een geheel. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut of cut them by hand. Heat set the sentiment on some black cardstock and die cut and cut it to create one sentiment.

Studio Light - Happy Christmas

 Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een kerstkaart ik combineerde hem met de Hotfoil achtergrond. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a Christmas card, I combine it with the hot foil background plate.

Beinkte de achtergrond met Distress inkten, spetterde water en stanste de achtergrond uit. Met zilver folie hot foilde ik de achtergrond. Stanste een stuk sneeuw en bewerkte dit met distress inkt. Heat emboste de teksten met zilver embossingpoeder en maakte de postzegel.

Inked up the background using Distress inks, splattered some water and die cut the background. Using Silver Foil I Hot foiled the background. Die cut a piece of snow and added some distress ink. Heat set the sentiments using silver embossingpowder and created the poststamp.

Sneed een witte basiskaart, sneed daarna 1/4 inch stroken blauw, teal en wit cardstock en plakte deze op de basiskaart. Plakte alle losse onderdelen op de kaart.

Cut a white basecard, cut 1/4 inch strips of blue, teal and white cardstock and created the base. Adhered all the elements on to the card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze daarna uit. Bewerkte hier en daar wat afbeeldingen met een witte gelpen en plakte ze vervolgens op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching dies. Added some white gelpen details to some of the images and adhered all the elements on the card.

You're Mermaid For each Other

Vandaag een kaart die ik maakte voor een knutselvriendin die gisteren getrouwd is. De kaart maakte ik voordat de kleine geboren werd zodat ik zeker wist dat er op tijd een kaartje zou zijn, haha. Today I have a wedding card that I created for a crafty friend. The card I created before our baby arrived so I was sure there would be a card in time, haha.

Sneed een aquarel rechthoek en beinkte dit met Distress inkten, spetterde water en stanste het hart uit het midden. Plakte het uitgestanste hart op een witte basiskaart en plakte daarna een pouch achter de geinkte achtergrond. Vulde de shaker en plakte het daarna dicht. Beinkte een strook papier met Distress Oxide inkten en stanste het uit, plakte het daarna op de kaart.

Cut a watercolor panel and inked it up using Distress inks, splattered some water and die cut the heart out of the middle. Adhered the die cut heart on to a topfold white base card and added the pouch behind the inked background. Filled up the shaker and adhered the panel on the base card. Inked up a strip of watercolor paper, die cut it before adding it on to the base.

Heat emboste de teksten op roze en paars cardstock, stanste en knipte de teksten uit en plakte ze op in het midden van het hart. Stempelde het bord, kleurde het in met Copic markers en heat emboste de teksten.

Heat set the sentiments on pink and purple cardstock. Die cut the and cut the sentiments and adhered them on to the middle of the heart. Stamped the woodsign, colored it up using my Copic markers and heat set the sentiments on to it.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte ze uit met de hand. PLakte alles op de kaart en bewerkte hier en daar met een witte gelpen. De sluier kreeg een laagje wink of stella glitter. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using my scicors. Adhered all the images on the card and added some white gelpen details on some images. On the vale I added a layer of wink of stella glitter.
