Double M Challenge - Mama Mia

Hallo allemaal,

Het is weer de tweede woensdag van de maand dat betekend dat ook deze maand een kaart gemaakt wordt voor de Double M Challenge. Marjolein en ik maken 1x in de maand een kaart met een thema. Voor deze maand was de opdracht; Mama Mia. Met deze kaart doe ik ook graag mee met de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by - Mayra. It's the second wednesday of the month wich means I have a Double M challenge card. Marjolein and I create a card each month with a theme. This month the challenge was to create a card with the theme; Mama Mia. With this card I would also like to join the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by - Myra

Voor mijn kaart was ik geinspireerd door onderstaande kaart van Mayra, ik vind al haar kaarten super! Met moederdag in gedachten vond ik de kleuren superleuk om te gebruiken en zo kwamen de nieuwe bloemen stempels en stansen meteen te pas!

My card was inspired by this card Mayra made, I love all the cards she creates! But with Mothersday in the back of my head I figured the colors where fun to use and this way I could also use my new floral dies and stamps.

Sneed een topfold witte kaart en plakte aan de voorzijde een kraft rechthoek. Stanste een geschupte witte rechthoek en sneed een iets smallere aquarel rechthoek. Beinkte deze met Distress inkten, spetterde water en bewerkte deze daarna met een stencil en dezelfde kleuren inkt.

Cut a white base card, added a kraft rectangle onto it. Die cut a white scallop rectangle, cut a slightly smaller watercolor rectangle. Inkblended it using Distress inks, splattered some water and added the hearts using a mask and the same colors of ink.

Stanste een rand gras, beinkte deze en plakte alles op de kaart. Stanste de letters voor het woord "mom" en heat emboste de andere tekst op een stuk vellum. Stanste de onderdelen van de bloemen 5x en kleurde de bladeren van de bloemen met Copic markers. Maakte ze compleet en plakte ze op de kaart.

Die cut a border of grass, inked it up and die cut all the elements on the card. Die cut the letters for the word "mom" out of yellow cardstock and heat set the other sentiment on some vellum. Die cut the elements for the flower 5x and colored the leaves of the flowers using my Copic markers. Assembled the flowers and added all the elements on to the card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen en kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers. Knipte ze daarna uit en plakte alles op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers. Cut them by hand and added all the images on to the card.

Sunny Studio Stamps - Spring Garland

I'm back again with my weekly post for Sunny Studio Stamps. Today I hope to inspire you with a card that I made using the Spring Garland. Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse post voor Sunny Studio Stamps. Vandaag hoop ik jullie te inspireren met een kaart die ik maakte met de Spring Garland.

Cut a A2 size whit topfold cardbase, Inkblended some Salvaged Patina onto the card. Splattered some water and Salvaged Patina. Using two different blue inks I stamped the water can using the watering can stamp, die cut it using the matching Watering can dies.

Sneed een witte topfold kaart, beinkte deze met Salvaged Patina. Spetterde water en Salvaged Patina. Stempelde de gieter uit de Watering Can stempel met twee verschillende kleuren blauwe inkt en stanste hem daarna uit met de bijpassende Watering Can Stans.

Stamped all the images out of the Spring Garland stamp, some of the images I stamped using the mirror technique. Die cut the images stamped the normal way using the matching Spring Garland dies and cut the mirrored images using my sciccor.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen van de Spring Garland stempel. Een aantal van de afbeeldingen stempelde ik met de Spiegel techniek. Stanste de normaal gestempelde afbeeldingen met de bijpassende Spring Garland Stansen. De andere knipte ik uit met mijn schaar.

Using a black ink, I stamped the sentiments out of Heartfelt Wishes and Fabulous Flamingos directly on the watering can. Met een zwarte inkt stempelde ik beide teksten (uit Heartfelt Wishes en Fabulous Flamingos) direct op de gieter.

Altenew - Have a Beautiful Birthday

Hallo allemaal,

Daar was ik weer eens met nog een kaart als gastdesigner voor Altenew. Dit keer ging ik aan de slag met de Ornamental Bouquet producten. I'm back again with a post as a guesdesigner for Altenew. This time around I created a card using the Ornamental Bouquet products.

Met gouden folie hotfoilede ik de Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil Plate op wit cardstock. Beinkte daarna het boeket met de kleuren Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Swamp Green, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea en Citronella en het Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Knipte het daarna uit met mijn schaar.

USing gold foil and the Ornamental Bouqout Hot Foil Plate I hot Foiled it on to white cardstock. After that I colored it using the Simple Coloring Stencil Ornamental Bouquet and the colors; Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Swamp Green, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea and Citronella. Cut the bouquet afterwards using my sciccors.

Sneed een zacht roze rechthoek 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 en beinkte de hoek met Mauve. Spetterde water en gouden verf en plakte het op een witte basiskaart. Plakte de boeket op de kaart en knipte het overlappende af.

Cut a soft pink 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch rectangle and added some Mauve in the cornor. Splattered water and gold paint and adhered it to the base card. Added the bouquet and cut of the sides.

Heat emboste de teksten, stanste en knipte ze uit en plakte ze verhoogd op de kaart. Werkte de kaart af door wat gouden parels op te plakken. Heat set the sentiments and cut the with my sciccors or a die. Adhered them to the card and finished the card of by adding some golden pearls.

Altenew - Hello My Dear Friend

Hallo allemaal,

Hier ben ik dan weer met nog een keer een post voor Altenew. Ook vandaag maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe inkten van Altenew, ditmaal combineerde ik de inkten met de Dancing Sunflowers. I'm back again with a new post for Altenew. For today I created a card using the new Altenew Inks combined with the older Dancing Sunflowers.

De basis is een standaard topfold witte kaart. Sneed een rechthoek 5 1/4 x 4 en beinkte de kant waar de bloem komt met Mauve inkt. Spetterde daarna met Mauve en Berrylicious. Plakte de rechthoek op de kaart met foamtape.

The base of the card is a A2 topfold white basecard. Cut a white rectangle 5 1/4 x 4 inch and inked the side were the flower is going using Mauve. Splattered some Mauve and Berrylicious and adhered the rectangle to the basecard using foam tape.

Stanste de bloem met de Dancing Sunflowers Die Cut en beinkte het met de Dancing Sunflowers Simple Coloring Stencil. Ik gebruikte de kleuren Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea en Citronella. 

Die cut the flower using the Dancing Sunflower Die Cut and inked it up using the Dancing Sunflower Simple Coloring Stencil. I used the colors; Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea and Citronella. 

Plakte de bloem op de kaart en bewerkte het met transparante sequins. Stanste de tekst uit de Versatile Greetings Die Cut en plakte ze op elkaar. Stempelde de andere tekst van de Cherry Blossoms Bunch en stanste het tot een banner voordat ik het opplakte. Adhered the flower on the basecard and added some transparant sequins. Die cut the sentiment using the Versatile Greetings Die Cut and adhered them together. Stamped the other sentiment out of the Cherry Blossoms Bunch and die cut it to a banner before adding the sentiment to the card.

Altenew - Season's Greetings

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag ben ik er weer met een kaart die ik als gastdesigner voor Altenew maakte. Dit keer heb ik een kaart die ik maakte met een aantal nieuwe en een aantal oudere producten. Today i'm back again with a post as a guestdesigner for Altenew. This time around I created a card using some new and older products.

De basis van de kaart is een topfold witte kaart. Ik sneed een rechthoek 5 x 3 3/4 inch en beinkte dit met het Sweater Pattern Builder stencil en de kleuren Mauve en Berrylicious. Plakte dit op een donker kleur cardstock en plakte het met foam tape op de kaart.

The base of the card is a topfold white card. Cut a white rectangle 5 3 3/4 inch and inked it up using the Sweater Pattern Builder stencil and the colors Mauve and Berrylicious. Adhered the rectangle onto a darker shade of cardstock and on the base using foam tape.

Op hetzelfde kleur cardstock hotfoiled ik de tekst met witte hot foil en de Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate. Stanste het daarna uit met de bijpassende Holiday Greetings Die Cut.

On to the same color of cardstock I hotfoiled the sentiment using the Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate and white hot foil. Afterwards I cut it using the matching Holiday Greetings Die Cut.

Stempelde de Mini Delight: Very Berry stempel met Mauve en Berrylicious. De blaadjes stempelde ik met Aloe Vera, Matcha Tea en Swamp Green. Knipte het uit en plakte ze op de kaart. Werkte de kaart af met wat roze rhinestones. Stamped the Mini Delight: Very Berry stamp using Mauve and Berrylicious. The leaves are die cut using Aloe Vera, Matcha Tea and Swamp Green. Cut them using my sciccors and adhered them on the card. Finished the card of by adding some pink thinestones.

Altenew - New Release

 Hello all,

Today i'm joining in on the latest release product instagramhop by Altenew! In my blogpost today, not one but two projects using the new products. Both of them are made using the December release products! Vandaag doe ik mee aan de nieuwste release instagramhop van Altenew! In mijn blogpost niet één maar twee projecten met de nieuwste producten. Voor beide projecten gebruikte ik de nieuwste release producten!

For my first card I used a topfold Smooth White base card. Using a piece of white cardstock and the Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder to create a rectangle background. Added a strip of light Gray cardstock behind and and adhered it on the basecard.

Voor mijn eerste kaart sneed ik een Smooth White basis kaart. Met wit cardstock en het Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder maakte ik de achtegrond. Plakte hier een strip lichtgrijs cardstock achter en plakte dit op de basiskaart.

Using three different colors of Gray ink and a black outline ink I stamped the butterfly out of the Delicate Butterfly. Cut it using the delicate Butterfly Diet Set. Using the Versatile Greetings Hot Foil and the matching Versatile Greetings Die Set, I hot foiled "friend" using a black hot foil on some white cardstock. Het set the small sentiment on some light gray cardstock and adhered all the elements on the card.

Met een zwarte outline inkt en drie verschillende kleuren grijs tinten stempelde ik de Delicate Butterfly. Stanste hem daarna uit met de bijpassende Butterfly Die Set. Voor de teksten gebruikte ik de Versatile Greetings Hot Foil en Die Set. Hot foiled de tekst "friend" met zwarte hot foil op wit cardstock. Heat emboste de kleine tekst met wit embossing poeder op lichtgrijs cardstock en plakte daarna alle elementen op de kaart.

For my second card I cut a topfold white base card, trimmed 1/4 inch strips of white, yellow, green and pink cardstock. Adhered them on the base card. Using the Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil Plate and gold foil on some white cardstock and trimmed it down to a smaller rectangle.

Voor mijn tweede kaart sneed ik een topfold witte basis kaart. Sneed 1/4 inch strips van wit, geel, groen en roze cardstock en plakte dit op de basiskaart. Met de Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil plate en goude folie hotfoiled ik de plaat op wit cardstock en sneed het tot een iets kleinere rechthoek.

Inkblended the floral using my Distress Oxide ink and the Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Die cut the sentiment using the Versatile Greetings Die set and stamped the sentiment out of the Cherry Blossoms Bunch. Inktblende het boeket met mijn Distress Oxide inkten en het Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Stanste de tekst met het Versatile Greetings Die Set en stempelde de tekst uit de Cherry Blossoms Bunch.

My Favorite Things - Christmas Poinsettias Card Kit Spotlight Day

 Hello all,

As of yesterday the My Favorite Things, Christmas Poinsettia Card Kit is for sale. And to inspire you even more, me and some other designteam members are showcasing some more projects using this beautiful card kit. Sinds gisteren is de My Favorite Things Christmas Poinsettias Card Kit te koop! Om jullie nog wat inspiratie te geven laat ik en verschillende andere designteam leden nog wat meer projecten zien met deze leuke cardkit.

For my card today I used the Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics together with the Christmas Wishes stamp and the matching Christmas Wishes Die-Namics, to create a non traditional colored Christmas card.

Voor mijn kaart van vandaag gebruikte ik de Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics samen met de Christmas Wishes stempel en bijpassende Christmas Wishes Die-Namics om een non traditionele kerst kaart te maken.

Cut a white a2 seize Smooth White card and adhered a panel of Orange Sherbet Pattern Paper on to it. Die cut all the elements of the Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics out of Red Hot, Cotton Candy, Field Day, Smooth White, Gold and pink glitter cardstock and created the bouquet.

Sneed een witte a2 Smooth White basis kaart en plakte er een stuk designpapier uit het Orange Sherbet Paper Pad. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics met de kleuren Red Hot, Cotton Candy, Field Day, Smooth White, Goud en roze glitter cardstock en maakte het boeket.

Stamped the sentiment out of the Christmas Wishes stamp using Red Hot ink and cut it using the matching Christmas Wishes Die-Namics. Finished of the card by adding some white gelpen details. Stempelde de tekst van de Christmas Wishes stempel uit Red Hot inkt en stanste het uit met de bijpassende Christmas Wishes Die-Namics. Werkte de kaart af met witte gelpen details.

My Favorite Things - April Product Launch

Hello all,

It’s time for the My Favorite Things April product launch! All new products are available right now! The MFT design team is sharing projects created with the new stuff. You can find loads of inspiration! Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things april product lancering. Alle nieuwe producten zijn vanaf nu verkrijgbaar! Het MFT design team deelt ook vandaag weer een lading aan inspiratie.

And what are you buying? For more inspiration I decided on making a trio of cards using the Fresh Foliage together with the Word Bouquet stamp to create some rainbow wreaths.

at is er in jouw mandje beland? Voor meer inspiratie maakte ik een trio van kaarten met de Fresh Foliage samen met de Word Bouquet stempel en maakte er regenboog kransen mee.

For all three cards I cut a 4 x4 inch Smooth White square. Using the Gina K. Designs Wreath Builder Templates I created a wreath using a different leave and the colors Cotton Candy, Poppin' Pink, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summersplash, Tropical Teal and Grape Jelly.

Voor alle drie de kaart sneed ik een Smooth White vierkant van 4 x 4 inch. Met de Gina K. Designs Wreath Builder Templates maakte ik kransen met verschillende bladeren uit de stempelset en de kleuren Cotton Candy, Poppin' Pink, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summersplash, Tropical Teal and Grape Jelly.

In the middle of all cards I stamped a sentiment out of the Word Bouquet stamp using a black ink. Adhered the white rectangle onto a 4 1/2 x 41/2 inch topfold Cement Gray cardbase using foam tape.

In het midden van alle kaarten stempelde ik een tekst uit de Word Bouquet stempel met zwarte inkt. Plakte de rechthoeken op een 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch topfold Cement Gray basiskaart met foamtape.

Topped all three cards off using different embellishments; enamel dots, rhinestones and sequins. Werkte alle drie de kaarten af met verschillende embellishments; enemal dots, rhinstones en sequins.

My Favorite Things April Release Countdown Day 3

 Hello all,

Welcome to day three of the April release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! So hop along for more beautiful inspiration by the team. Welkom bij dag drie van de april release countdown van My Favorite Things, we zijn halverwege! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

I'm so excited to see some Hot Foil dies being released again! For my Inspiration card I used the Hot Foil Double Hexagon Frames Die-Namics together with the Flowers & Fillers Die-Namics, topped of with a sentiment using the Word Bouquet.

Ja! Ik vind het zo leuk om te zien dat er nieuwe Hot Foil stansen gereleased worden. Voor mijn inspiratie kaart gebruikte ik de Hot Foil Double Hexagon Frames Die-Namics samen met de Flowers & Fillers Die-Namics en afgewerkt met een tekst uit de Word Bouquet.

Using a golden foil, I hot foiled the Hexagon onto a Smooth White piece of cardstock. Die cut it using the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics 1. Heat set the sentiment out of the Word Bouquet using gold embossing powder. Cut a topfold Smooth White base card and adhered a panel of pattern paper out of the Springing for Houndstooth paperpad.

Met gouden folie, hot foiled ik the hexagon op een stuk Smooth White cardstock. Stanste het geheel uit met de A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-Namics 1. Heat emboste de tekst uit Word Bouquet met goud embossing poeder. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart en plakte hier een stuk designpapier uit het Sprining for Houndstooth paperpad.

Die cut the flowers using Ripe Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Princess Pink, Sour Apple, Lemon Drop and Candied Yam cardstock. Adhered it together and onto the card. Added some white gelpen details to the orange cardstock. Stanste de bloemen met Ripe Raspberry, Cotton Candy, Princess Pink, Sour Apple, Lemon Drop en Candied Yam cardstock. Plakte alles in elkaar en op de kaart. Bracht wat witte gelpen details aan op het oranje cardstock.

Altenew - New release

Both of them are made using the Hot Foil plates and some other products. Vandaag doe ik mee aan de nieuwste release instagramhop van Altenew! In mijn blogpost niet één maar twee projecten met de nieuwste producten. Voor beide producten gebruikte ik de Hot Foil Plates samen met een aantal andere producten.

On a white topfold base card, I stamped the Cherry Blossom Bunch stamp in both corners using a black ink. Stamped the same stamp on some alcholfriendly paper and colored it up using my Copic markers.

Y15, Y13, Y11

YG67, YG63, YG03, YG01

Op een witte topfold basiskaart stempelde ik de Cherry Blossom Bunch stempel in beide hoeken met zwarte inkt. Stempelde dezelfde stempel op alchohol vriendelijk papier en kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers.

Dry embossed the Curving Leaves Embossing Folder using white cardstock and trimmed it to a smaller rectangle. Adhered it onto the card and added the flowers using foam tape. Heat set the sentiment on some black cardstock and trimmed it to a banner.

Droog emboste de Curving Leaves Embossing Folder met wit cardstock en sneed het tot een kleinere rechthoek. Plakte deze op de kaart met foam tape en daarna deed ik het zelfde met de bloemen. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en sneed het tot een banner.

Using the Versatile Greetings Hotfoil plate and some silver foil I printed it on white cardstock. Die cut it using the matching Versatile Greetings Die cuts and finished the card of adding it to the card.

Met de Versatile Greetings hotfoil Plate en zilver foil, hot foiled ik de tekst op wit cardstock. Met de bijpassende Versatile Greetings stans stanste ik de tekst en plakte het op de kaart.

For my second card I went for a more Christmas inspired look. Stamped the Climbing Leaves Stamp on alcohol friendly paper and colored it up using my Copic markers. Trimmed it down to a smaller rectangle.

Used Copic colors:

YG67, YG63, YG03, YG01

Voor mijn tweede kaart maakte ik een meer kerst geinspireerde kaart. Stempelde de Climbing Leaves stempel op alcohol vriendelijk papier en kleurde het in met mijn Copic markers. Sneed het tot een kleinere rechthoek.

Adhered the panel on a slightly larger black cardstock rectangle and that went onto a white topfold base card. Using the Essential Alpha Hot Foil Plate, black cardstock and gold hotfoil I hot foiled the alphabet twice. Plakte de rechthoek op een iets grotere zwarte rechthoek en het geheel ging op een witte topfold basiskaart. Met de Essential Alpha Hot Foil Plate, zwart cardstock en goud foil, hot foiled ik het alphabet twee keer.

After hot foiling I used the striped stencil out of the Essential Alpha simpel coloring stencil set and added some gold glitter paste. Let it dry and die cut them using the matching Essential Alpha Die. Na het hotfoilen gebruikte ik het gestreepte stencil van het Essential Alpha Simple Coloring Stencil Set en maakte de strepen met gouden glitter paste. Liet het drogen en stanste het daarna uit met de bijpassende Essential Alpha Die.

Assembled the sentiment and adhered it on the card using foam tape. To make the card more festive I added some Red Cosmos Enemal dots. Maakte de tekst en plakte het op de kaart met foam tape. Om de kaart wat meer kerstig te maken voegde ik nog wat Red Cosmos Enemal dots toe.

For my card I cut a White rectangle and stamped the Candystripe Cosmos outline stamped on different spots onto the card using a black ink. Adhered the panel onto a white basecard using the Gluetape runner. 

Voor mijn kaart sneed ik een witte rechthoek en stempelde de outline stempel van de Candystripe Cosmos met zwarte inkt op de rechthoek. Plakte daarna het paneel op een witte basiskaart met de Gluetape runner.

Stamped the inner stamps of the Candystrip Cosmos and the leaves using Two pink, two yellow and a green ink. Die cut them using the matching dies. Die cut a white circle and adhered the circle and flowers onto the cars using the Ultra Sticky Double Sided Tape.

Stempelde de drie inner stempels van de Candystripe Cosmos en de bladeren met twee kleuren roze, twee gele en een groene inkt. Stanste daarna alles met de bijpassende stansen. Stanste een witte cirkel en plakte daarna de cirkel en bloemen op de kaart met de Ultra Sticky Double Sided Tape.

Stamped the birthday sentiment cut it to a banner and die cut the word die using gold cardstock. Adhered both of them onto the card again using the Ultra Sticky Double Sided Tape. Stempelde de tekst op wit cardstock en sneed het tot een banner. Stanste het woord uit goud cardstock. Plakte beide op de kaart met de Ultra Sticky Double Sided Tape.
