Today the My Favorite Things, Gingerbread Greetings Card Kit is for sale. And to inspire you even more, me and some other designteam members are showcasing some more projects using this beautiful card kit. Vanaf nu is de My Favorite Things Gingerbread Greetings Card Kit te koop! Om jullie nog wat inspiratie te geven laat ik en verschillende andere designteam leden nog wat meer projecten zien met deze leuke cardkit.

Yesterday I showed you a cheerful non traditional Christmas Card with the Gingerbread Greetings Card Kit. For today I decided to go more traditional, what team are you?

Gisteren liet ik een vrolijke niet traditionele kerst kaart zien met de Gingerbread Greetings Card Kit. Voor vandaag besloot ik meer traditioneel te gaan, welke team ben jij?

The base is a white topfold card, out of Kraft I cut a 4 x 5 1/4 inch rectangle and adhered a slightly smaller rectangle out of pattern paper (Poppin' Polka Dots) on to it. Out of white cardstock I cut a strip of snow using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics. Cut the elements of the Gingerbread House Die-Namics out of Kraft, Red Hot, Sno Cone en white cardstock.

De basis van de kaart is een witte topfold basiskaart, sneed een Kraftrechthoek van 4 x 5 1/4 inch en een rechthoek van designpapier (Poppin' Polka Dots) een slag kleiner. Sneed een strook sneeuw met wit cardstock en de Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Gingerbread House Die-Namics uit Kraft, Red Hot, Sno Cone en wit cardstock.

Added some Vintage Photo en Walnut Stain onto the Kraft pieces and splattered some water. Adhered all the elements on the house and assembled the candy before adding everything on the base card. Heat set the Cool Christmas Greetings on Red Hot and cut it using the It's a Banner day Die-Namics. Finished the card of by adding some white gel pen details. Beinkte de Kraft onderdelen met Vintage Photo en Walnut Stain waarna ik er water op spetterde. Plakte alle onderdelen op het huis en het snoep in elkaar, vervolgens op de kaart. Heat emboste de tekst van de Cool Christmas Greetings op Red Hot en stanste het uit met de It's a Banner Day Die-Namics. Werkte het geheel af met witte gelpen details.

The Card Kit contains the Gingerbread Greetings Stamp, the Gingerbread House Die-Namics, one sheet of each of the following colors; Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry, Red Hot, Sour Apple, Sno Cone, Summer Splash, Grapsicle, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110#, Kraft and Milk Chocolate. De Card Kit bestaat uit de Gingerbread Greetings Stempel, Gingerbread House Die-Namics, en één vel van de volgende kleuren cardstock; Cotton Candy, Ripe Raspberry, Red Hot, Sour Apple, Sno Cone, Summer Splash, Grapsicle, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110#, Kraft and Milk Chocolate

The base of the card is a white topfold card. Added a piece of pattern paper (Diagonal Gingham Paper Pad) onto it. Cut a white rectangle using Blueprints 27 Die-Namics. And cut a white rectangle wich I inked up using Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo and Tattered Rose. Splattered some water and added some snow using the First Snowfall Stencil and some glitter gel. De basis is een witte topfold kaart. Ik plakte hier een stuk design papier op (Diagonal Gingham Paper Pad). Sneed witte rechthoek met de Blueprints 27 Die-Namics en sneed een slag kleiner nog een witte rechthoek. Beinkte deze met Picked Raspberry, Kitsch Flamingo en Tattered Rose. Spetterde water en voegde wat sneeuw toe met glitter pasta en het First Snowfall Stencil.

Die cut the basic house elements out of kraft cardstock, inked them up using Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain and splattered some water. Die cut all the other elements out of Cotton Candy, Picked Raspberry, white and Sno Cone and assembled the house. Cut a piece of snow using the Stitched Snowdrifts Die-Namics and inked it up using Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo. Stanste het basis huis uit Kraft cardstock, beinkte dit met Vintage Photo en Walnut Stain en spetterde water. Stanste alle andere onderdelen uit Cotton Candy, Picked Raspberry, wit en Sno Cone en plakte het tot een geheel. Sneed een stuk wit cardstock met de Stiched Snow Drifts Die-Namics en beinkte dit met Spun Sugar en Kitsch Flamingo.

Adhered both to the card, die cut the trees (Christmas Complements Die-Namics) out of Sour Apple and inked up with Mowed Lawn. Added those behind the house and heat set the sentiment on some Ripe Raspberry and cut it to a banner. Plakte het allemaal op de kaart en stansten uit Sour Apple de bomen (Christmas Complements Die-Namics) en beinkte deze met Mowed Lawn. Plakte deze achter het huis en heat emboste de tekst op Ripe Raspberry. Stanste het tot een banner en plakte het daarna op.

My Favorite Things - Christmas Poinsettias Card Kit Spotlight Day

As of yesterday the My Favorite Things, Christmas Poinsettia Card Kit is for sale. And to inspire you even more, me and some other designteam members are showcasing some more projects using this beautiful card kit. Sinds gisteren is de My Favorite Things Christmas Poinsettias Card Kit te koop! Om jullie nog wat inspiratie te geven laat ik en verschillende andere designteam leden nog wat meer projecten zien met deze leuke cardkit.

For my card today I used the Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics together with the Christmas Wishes stamp and the matching Christmas Wishes Die-Namics, to create a non traditional colored Christmas card.

Voor mijn kaart van vandaag gebruikte ik de Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics samen met de Christmas Wishes stempel en bijpassende Christmas Wishes Die-Namics om een non traditionele kerst kaart te maken.

Cut a white a2 seize Smooth White card and adhered a panel of Orange Sherbet Pattern Paper on to it. Die cut all the elements of the Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics out of Red Hot, Cotton Candy, Field Day, Smooth White, Gold and pink glitter cardstock and created the bouquet.

Sneed een witte a2 Smooth White basis kaart en plakte er een stuk designpapier uit het Orange Sherbet Paper Pad. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics met de kleuren Red Hot, Cotton Candy, Field Day, Smooth White, Goud en roze glitter cardstock en maakte het boeket.

Stamped the sentiment out of the Christmas Wishes stamp using Red Hot ink and cut it using the matching Christmas Wishes Die-Namics. Finished of the card by adding some white gelpen details. Stempelde de tekst van de Christmas Wishes stempel uit Red Hot inkt en stanste het uit met de bijpassende Christmas Wishes Die-Namics. Werkte de kaart af met witte gelpen details.

The Card Kit contains the Christmas Wishes stamp, the Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics, two sheets of each of the following colors; Smooth White,Red Hot and Wild Cherry and one sheet of the following colors; Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Jalepeno Popper, Black Licorice and Kraft. De Card Kit bestaat uit de Christmas Wishes Stempel, Winter Poinsettias Die-Namics, twee vellen van de volgende kleuren cardstock; Smooth White, Red Hot en Wild Cherry. En één vel van de volgende kleuren cardstock; Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Jalepeno Popper, Black Licorice en Kraft.

To complement the card kit, there are also two extra items being released; the Pressed Poinsettias Stamp and Christmas Wishes Die-Namics. Uiteraard zijn de producten ook los te koop, wanneer je alleen geïnteresseerd bent in één van de producten. Om de card kit te complimenteren zijn er nog twee extra items gereleased; De Pressed Poinsetta stempel en de Christmas Wishes Die-Namics.

For my card I went for a one layer card using the Pressed Poinsettias stamp together with the Christmas Wishes stamp. Cut a Smooth White topfold base card and started on stamping the flowers and foliage.

Voor mijn kaart maakte ik een een laags kaart met de Pressed Poinsettias Stempel samen met de Christmas Wishes stempel. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basis kaart en begon met het stempel van de bloemen en bladeren.

I used different colors of blue, teal and brown inks to create bouquet. To make the sentiment pop a bit more I stamped it using a black ink. To finish of the card I added some white gelpen details. Ik gebruikte verschillende kleuren blauw, teal en bruine inkten om de boeketten te maken. Stempelde de tekst met een zwarte inkt om hem eruit te laten komen. Werkte de kaart af met wat witte gelpen details.

My Favorite Things - Something Sweet Card Kit Release

Inked up a panel using Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistashio and Peacock Feathers Distress inks. Splattered some water and adhered it onto a Smooth White A2 basecard. Cut a piece of grass using and inked it using Peeled Paint. Heat set the sentiment out of the Something Sweet Stamp.

Beinkte een rechthoek met Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistahio en Peacock Feathers Distress inkt. Spetterde water en plakte het daarna op een Smooth White basiskaart. Sneed een stuk gras van Sour Apple en beinkte dit met Peeled Paint. Heat embsote de tekst uit de Something Sweet Stempel.

Die cut the elements of the candy / cake using different colors of cardstock and the Sweet Sticks Die-Namics. Colored the honey/caramel with Copic markers. Adhered them together, inked the sides and glued them on the base card.

Stanste alle onderdelen van de snoepjes / cake uit verschillende kleuren cardstock en de Sweet Sticks Die-Namics. Kleurde de honing/ caramel met Copic markers. Plakte alles aan elkaar en beinkte de zijkanten van de snoepjes. Plakte daarna alles op de kaart.

Stamped the images using Buzzing with Happiness, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Buzzing with Happiness Die-Namics. Adhered them on to the card and finished off adding some white gelpen details. Stempelde de afbeeldingen uit Buzzing with Happiness, kleurde ze in met Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Buzzing with Happiness Die-Namics. Plakte alles op de kaart en werkte het geheel af met wat witte gelpen details.

Yellow - Y17, Y15, Y13, Y11

Wings - B02, B00, B000, B0000, 0

Beard - C3, C1, C00

Honey - YR27, YR24, Y23, Y21

Wood / Beehive - E44, E43, E42, E41

My Favorite Things - Mixtape Card Kit Release

For my inspiration card of today I decided to mix it around a bit and make a male birthday card using the Mixtape Sentiments together with the Cassette Tape Die-Namics.

Voor mijn inspiratie kaart van vandaag besloot ik de boel een beetje te mixen en maakte een mannen verjaardag kaart met de Mixtape Sentiments en de Cassette Tape Die-Namics.

First off I cut all the elements for the mixtapes. Then assembled them, cut a Cement Gray rectangle and decided were I wanted the mixtape to be and were the sentiments were going. Stamped the sentiment out of the Mixtape Sentiments on the grey card. Eerst stanste ik alle onderdelen van de cassettes. Plakte ze op elkaar en sneed een Cement Gray basisrechthoek. Besloot waar ik de cassettes wilde hebben en stempelde de tekst van de Mixtape Sentiments op het grijze cardstock.

Cut a Smooth White basecard and added some strips of cardstock in the same colors as the mixtapes. Adhered the gray panel onto the white base. Sneed een Smooth White basiskaart en plakte hier een aantal strips cardstock in dezelfde kleuren als de cassettes. Plakte daarna de grijze rechthoek op.

Glued the mixtapes on the cardbase and trimmed off the exces. Heat set the sentiment out of the Mixtapes Messages and trimmed it to a banner. Adhered it to the panel, cut the wires of the Portable Jams Die-Namics and adhered them to the panel. Plakte de cassettes op de basiskaart en sneed het overhangende af. Heat emboste de tekst uit de Mixtapes Messages op zwart cardstock en stanste het tot een banner. Plakte het op de kaart, stanste de draden van de Portable Jams Die-Namics en plakte deze als laatste op.

For my card I created a background using some MFT inks together with the Take Shape stamp set. Adhered it onto a topfold Cement Gray cardbase. Die cut all the elements of the Cassette Tape and Portable Jams Die-Namics out of Smooth White, Lemon Drop, Black Licorice and Cement Gray cardstock.

Voor mijn kaart maakte ik als eerste de achtergrond, dit deed ik door gebruik te maken van MFT inkten en de Take Shape Stempel. Plakte de achtergrond op een Cement Gray basiskaart. Stanste alle elementen van de Cassette Tape en Portable Jams Die-Namics uit  Smooth White, Lemon Drop, Black Licorice and Cement Gray cardstock.

Assembeld all the elements and stamped and heat embost the sentiments using the stamps out of the Mixtape Sentiments and the Mixtape Messages. Ahered all the elements onto the card and for some details I added some White gelpen touches. Plakte alle elementen in elkaar en stempelde / heat emboste de teksten van de Mixtape Sentiments en Mixtape Messages. Plakte alles op de kaart en bracht nog wat witte gelpen details aan.

My Favorite Things - Sending Sunflowers Card Kit Release

For today's card I decided on using the Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics multiple times to create a thoughtfull card. 

Voor de kaart van vandaag besloot ik de Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics verschillende keren te gebruiken op één kaart, om zo een sterkte kaart te maken.

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card, a slightly smaller Kraft rectangle and splattered some white paint onto it. Stamped the sentiment using the Thoughtfull Greetings Stamp and adhered the panel onto the base using foam tape.

Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart, een slag kleinere Kraft rechthoek en spetterde hier witte verf op. Stempelde de tekst uit de Thoughtfull Greetings Stempel op de rechthoek en plakte het geheel op de basiskaart met foam tape.

Out of Limelight, Lemon Drop, Butterscotch, Smooth White and Milk Chocolate I die cut the Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics. I assembled them into tree different wreaths and glued them onto the card using foam tape. Uit Limelight, Lemon Drop, Butterscotch, Smooth White en Milk Chocolate stanste ik de Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics. Maakte er drie verschillende wreaths van en plakte ze op de kaart met foam tape.

I decided on making a infinitie shaker card using the new card kit. I cut a a2 seize Falling for Houndstooth rectangle and added some Kraft ink to the sides. Insert the pattern paper into a Avery Elle pocket and filled it with shaker material. Closed the shaker and adhered it onto a topfold Smooth White basecard.

Ik besloot om een infinity shaker kaart te maken met de nieuwe card kit. Ik sneed een a2 rechthoek uit de Falling for Houndstooth paper pad en inkte de zijkanten met Kraft inkt. Schoof dit designpapier in een Avery Elle pocket, vulde het met shakermateriaal en plakte het dicht. Plakte het geheel op een Smooth White topfold basiskaart.

Out of Jalepeno Popper, Lemon Drop, Butterscotch, Milk Chocolate, Candied Jam and Smooth White the flowers and wreath using the Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics and adhered it together. Die cut the Blessed Die-Namics out of gold and Smooth White and adhered them together before glueing them onto the cardbase. Stanste uit Jalepeno Popper, Lemon Drop, Butterscotch, Milk Chocolate, Candied Jam en Smooth White de bloemen en krans met de Sunflower Wreath Die-Namics. Stanste het woord Blessed uit goud en Smooth White cardstock met de Blessed Die-Namics. Plakte ze verschover op elkaar en op de kaart.
