Today i'm back again with a new Sketch Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week i decided to play with the fun Best Fins stamp. Vandaag ben ik er weer met een nieuwe schets challenge van My Favorite Things. Deze week speelde ik met de grappige Best Fins stempel.
This week i stayed fairly true to the sketch and only changed the circles for images. Deze week bleef ik vrij trouw aan de schets, ik veranderde de cirkels in afbeeldingen.
Cut a topfold white cardbase 13 x 10,5 and masked of a square. Using Cracked Pistashio, Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress ink for the ocean background. Splattered some water and using a stencil and the Mermaid Lagoon i made the hearts.Sneed een topfold basiskaart 13 x 10,5 en maskeerde een vierkant. Met de kleuren Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon maakte ik de oceaan achtergrond. Door een stencil te gebruiken met de Mermaid Lagoon voegde ik de hartjes toe.
Stamped the images, colored them up and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Stamped the air bubbles and heat embost the sentiment before cutting it with a die. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde zin met mijn Copics en stanste ze daarna uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Stempelde de luchtbellen en heat emboste de tekst, stanste het daarna uit.
First my intention was to make a shaker out of the goggles with hearts but there was to little space for some foamtape. I ended up stamping the goggles on vellum and glued that on the colored image. Mijn eerste idee was om van de duikbril een shaker gedeelte met hartjes te maken. Echter was er te weinig ruimte om foamtape te gebruiken. Ik stempelde daarom de duikbril op vellum, knipte dit uit en plakte het op de gekleurde afbeelding.
