My Favorite Things - March Product Launch

 Hello all,

It’s time for the My Favorite Things March product launch! All new products are available right now! The MFT design team is sharing projects created with the new stuff. You can find loads of inspiration! Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things maart product lancering. Alle nieuwe producten zijn vanaf nu verkrijgbaar! Het MFT design team deelt ook vandaag weer een lading aan inspiratie.

And what are you buying? For more inspiration I decided on making a card using the new stamp called Best Friends in the Galaxy. I decided to take out my box card products and make a box card using this fun set.

Wat is er in jouw mandje beland? Voor meer inspiratie maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe stempel Best Friends in the Galaxy. Ik besloot mijn box kaart producten weer eens uit de kast te halen.

Die cut the Shadow Box Die-Namics out of Black Licorice cardstock and adhered it together. Die cut two clouds using the Outside the Box Cloud Die-Namics out of Smooth white and a border using Outside the Box Snow Drifts Die-Namics. Inked the last one up using Shaded Lilac and Wilted Violet, splattered some Villanious Potion.

Stanste de Shadow Box Die-Namics uit Black Licorice cardstock en plakte het tot een box. Stanste twee wolken met de Outside the Box Cloud Die-Namics en wit cardstock en een rand met de Outside the Box Snow Drifts Die-Namics. Inkte de laatste met Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet en spetterde wat Villanious Potion.

Inked up the background using Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. Splattered some white paint and adhered it onto the back of the box. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut the using the Best Friends in the Galaxy Die-Namics adhered the box together afterwards. Inkte de achtergrond met Wilted Violet, Peacock Feathers, Chipped Sapphire en Black soot. Spetterde wat witte verf op de achterzijde van de box. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen en kleurde deze in met mijn Copic markers, stanste ze uit met de Best Friends in the Galaxy Die-Namics en plakte alles in elkaar.

Panda's - N8, N6, N4, N3 / C5, C3, C1, C00, 0 / R20

Yellow - Y17, Y15, Y13, Y11

Teal - BG15, BG13, BG11, BG10
Red - R24, R22, R21, R20

Purple - BV04, BV02, BV00, BV000

Gray - C6, C4, C2, C1, C00

My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 1

 Hello all,

Today is the last day of the March release countdown of My Favorite Things and you know what that means right? Tommorow all the new products will be avaible! Did you decide on what you are going to get? Luckly you have one more night to think about it! Vandaag is de laatste dag van de maart release countdown van My Favorite Things en je weet wat dat betekend! Morgen zullen alle nieuwe producten beschikbaar zijn. Heb je al besloten wat je zou willen hebben? Gelukkig kun je er nog een dag over nadenken!

So are you ready to Rock the new release?!? I created another money card using the Keep on Rockin' Die-Namics together with the Thrilled for You stempel.

Zijn jullie klaar om de laatste dag te rocken?!? Ik maakte nogmaals een money kaart met de Keep on Rockin' Die-Namics en de Thrilled for You stempel.

Die cut the Money Card Die-Namics out of Smooth White cardstock, die cut the slot piece and the lipbalm die out of the card. Stamped the paint strokes using the Abstract Art stamp together with Lemon Drop, Wild Cherry and Orange Zest. Stamped the black splatters using Distressed Patterns. Stanste de Money Card Die-Namics uit Smooth White cardstock en stanste hier het hangstansje en de lipbalm stans uit. Stempelde de verfstroken met de Abstract Art stempel in de kleuren Lemon Drop, Wild Cherry en Orange Zest. Stempelde de zwarte spetters met de Distressed Patterns.

Stamped both of the sentiments out of the Thrilled for You stamp directly onto the base. Die cut the outer lipbalm piece out of Wild Cherry and added the pouch on the back of the card. Stamped the money value using Price Tag. Stempelde beide teksten uit de Thrilled for You rechtstreeks op de kaart. Stanste het buitenste gedeelte van de lipbalm uit Wild Cherry en plakte dit en de pouch op en achter de kaart. Stempelde de waarde met de Price Tag stempel op de kaart.

Die cut the rocking hand four times out of Black Licorice cardstock and adhered them together. Glued them on the card, and filled the pocket. Closed the back using a Black Licorice panel. Stanste de hand vier keer uit Black Licorice en plakte dit op elkaar. Plakte deze op de kaart en stopte het geld in de pocket. Plakte het geheel dicht met een Black Licorice paneel.

My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 2

 Hello all!

The release day of the March release by My Favorite Things is getting closer! It's still packed full of new stuff so make sure you don't miss anything. We hebben nog steeds super leuke nieuwe dingen om aan jullie te laten zien, dus ga naar de hoofdpagina van My Favorite Things en hop langs alle blogs of social media kanalen van de Design team leden voor nog mee inspiratie!

What comes after a wedding, baby's! So today's release day is all about cute baby project. I created a duo of card using the It's a Baby Die-Namics together with the Oh, Baby! stamp.

Wat komt er vaak na een huwelijk? Juist baby's, dat is dan ook het thema van vandaag. Ik maakte een duo kaarten met de It's a Baby Die-Namics samen met de Oh, Baby stempel.

Both card are in layout the same I only switched around the sentiments, color and the images on the romper.

Beide kaarten zijn kwa layout hetzelfde ik heb alleen een andere tekst, kleur en afbeeldingen op het rompertje verwisseld.

Cut two Smooth White base cards, cut two Smooth White rectangle and trimmed of the bottoms using the Stitched Scallop Basic Edges Die-Namics. Adhered a strip of pattern paper out of the Diagonal Gingham paperpad onto the base card.

Sneed twee Smooth White basiskaarten, sneed twee Smooth White recthoek en stanste de onderkant met de Stitched Scallop Basic Edges Die-Namics. Plakte een strip designpapier uit het Diagonal Gingham Paper Pad op de basis kaart.

Die cut the rompers out of the same color pattern paper. Stamped the sentiments using the Oh, Baby stamp onto the rectangle panels and adhered them on the base card using foam tape. Heat set the small sentiment on some Kraft cardstock and cut them using the Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics.

Stasnte de rompers uit het zelfde kleur designpapier. Stempelde de teksten uit de Oh, Baby! stempel op de rechthoeken en plakte deze op de basiskaart met foamtape. Heat emboste de kleinere teksten op Kraft cardstock en stanste ze uit met de Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics.

Die cut the small images out of different colors of cardstock and adhered them onto the rompers. Added the small sentiment and romper on the card using foam tape and finished off the cards adding some wooden stars. Stanste de kleine afbeeldingen uit verschillende kleuren cardstock en plakte ze op de rompers. Plakte de kleine teksten en de rompers met foam tape op de kaart en werkte beide kaarten af met wat houten sterren.

My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 3

Welcome to day three of the March release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! So hop along for more beautiful inspiration by the team. Welkom bij dag drie van de maart release countdown van My Favorite Things, we zijn halverwege! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

So we are half way and not done with inspiring you with new products! For today I created a card using the To the Happy Couple stamp together with the Let's Say "I Do" Die-Namics to create a 50th anniversary card.

We zijn halverwege en nog lang niet klaar om jullie te inspireren met de nieuwste producten! Voor vandaag maakte ik een kaart met de To the Happy Couple stempel samen met de Let's Say "I Do" Die-Namics. Ik maakte de kaart voor een 50 jarig huwelijks jubileum.

Beside the new release products I also used the Lots of Hearts stencil and the Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics. Naast de nieuwe release producten gebruikte ik ook nog het Lots of Hearts Stencil en de Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics.

My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 4

 Hello all,

One day closer to the March release by My Favorite Things! Only four more days to go until the new release will be avaible! Dag 4 van de My Favorite Things maart release countdown is hier, dat betekend dat het nu nog maar vier dagen duurt voordat de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar is!

For today we are introducing you to a older but classic die the Blueprints 26 Die-Namics together with the my old time favorite Balloon Strings Background stamp!

Vandaag laten we een oudere maar zeker een van de favoriete Blueprints 26 Die-Namics terug komen. Naast de Blueprints ook één van mijn eigen favoriete de Balloon Strings Background stempel!

Stamped the Balloon Strings Background onto a Smooth white topfold basecard using Milk Chocolate. Die cut the large and small balloons out of Blueprints 26 Die-Namics using different colors of cardstock. Inked them up using a darker color ink, splattered some white paint and the same color ink and adhered them on the cardbase.

Stempelde de Balloon Strings Background op een Smooth White topfold basiskaart met Milk Chocolate. Stanste de grote en kleinere ballonen uit Blueprints 26 Die-Namics met verschillende kleuren cardstock. Beinkte ze met een donkerdere kleur inkt. Spetterde dezelfde kleur inkt en witte verf en plakte ze op de basiskaart.

Stamped the Happy Happy sentiment out of the Itty Bitty Birthday. Die cut the Happy out of Lemon Drop and inked it up using a orange ink. Die cut the Happy three times out of white cardstock and adhered them together. Die cut Birthday out of silver glitter cardstock and onto the card. Finished the card off adding a Milk Chocolate strings and bow. Stempelde de Happy Happy tekst uit de Itty Bitty Birthday. Stanste happy uit Lemon Drop en drie keer uit wit cardstock. Inkte de gele happy met oranje inkt en plakte ze op elkaar. Stanste Birthday uit zilver glitter cardstock en plakte het op de kaart. Werkte de kaart met een Milk Chocolate touwtje en strik.

My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 5

Hello all,

It’s time for the My FavoriteThings March release countdown! During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on March 7th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: March 7th at 4:00 pm CET). Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things maart release countdown! Nog 5 dagen en dan is de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar. Tijdens de countdown, laat het MFT Design Team verschillende projecten zien met alle nieuwe producten. De release zal verkrijgbaar zijn op 7 maart om 10:00 am EST (in Nederland op 7 maart om 16:00).

Hello all, and we are kicking of the March release countdown by My Favorite Things this month with some classic products! For my card I decided on using the Iconic Beauty Die-Namics together with the Glam Fund Stamp. I figured it would be a cool idea to create a Gift Card gift using the Money Card Die-Namics.

Hallo allemaal, vandaag starten we de maart countdown van My Favorite Things met wat klassieke favorieten! Voor mijn kaart van vandaag maakte ik een gift card met de Iconic Beauty Die-Namics samen met de Glam Fund Stempel. Uiteraard gebruikte ik hiervoor de Money Card Die-Namics.

Die cut the Money Card Die-Namics out of Smooth White. Die cut the the Gift Card Pocket using the new Diagonal Gingham Paper Pad. Die cut the inner piece out of Cotton Candy and heat set the sentiment out of the Glam Fund on to it. Adhered them together and on the gift tag..

Stanste de Money Card Die-Namics uit Smooth White. Stanste de Gift Card Pocket uit het nieuwe Diagonal Gingham Paper Pad. Stanste het binnenste gedeelte uit Cotton Candy en heat emboste hier de tekst uit Glam Fun op. Plakte het op elkaar en op de gift tag.

Die cut the Iconic Beauty Die-Namics out of different colors of cardstock and adhered them together. Adhered them onto the gift tag and stamped the sentiment underneath it. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Iconic Beauty Die-Namics uit verschillende kleuren cardstock en plakte ze in elkaar. Plakte alles op de gift tag en stempelde de tekst daar weer onder.

Studio Light - You are Invited

Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een uitnodigings kaart met lichtjes! I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a inventation card using a few of the Sweet Stories products and the lights!

Inkblende de achtergrond met Salvaged Platina, Evergreen Bough en Black Soot. Inktblende het gras met Black Soot, maskeerde het gras en spetterde water en witte verf. Inktblende daarna de bladeren in de lucht met Black Soot.

Inkblended the background using Salvaged Platina, Evergreen Bough and Black Soot. Inkblended the grass using a mask and Black Soot. Masked off the grass and splattered some water and white paint. Inkblended the leaves using Black Soot.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Stanste alle onderdelen van de schommel, inktblende deze met Walnut Stain en plakte het geheel in elkaar.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching dies. Die cut all the elements of the swing, inkblended them with Walnut Stain and adhered everything together.

Heat emboste de tekst onderin en op zwart cardstock en stanste de teksten uit. Bepaalde waar ik de lichtjes wilde hebben. Prikte hier gaatjes in en plakte de lampjes en de batterij aan de achterzijde.

Heat set the sentiment in the grass and on some black cardstock, die cut them sentiments. Decided were I wanted the lights to be and poked some small holes in the background. Adhered the lights and the batterij on the back of the card.

Plakte alle onderdelen op de kaart met verschillende hoogtes foamtape. Voor de lampjes deed ik wat foamtape aan de buitenzijde van de lampjes zodat het licht zichtbaar bleef. Adhered all the elements onto the card using different heights of foam tape. For the lights I made sure the foamtape was on the outside so I had the lights visible.
