My Favorite Things April Release - 2 Days Until the New Release

Welcome to day three of the April release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! Today we are showcasing the new stamp en dies in the Pure Innocence Line! I created a belated birthday card using the Safe Place with the matching Die-Namics.

Vandaag laten we de nieuwste producten zien in de Pure Innocence lijn! Ik maakte een vergeten verjaardag kaartje met de Safe Place en de bijpassende Die-Namics.

Cut a standaard white base card and cut a carribean sea rectangle. Masked 2 cm from the bottom and inkblended some white ink. Masked the bottom and stamped the Happy Birthday Background using the same color of ink.

Sneed een witte basiskaart en sneed een Carribean Sea rechthoek. Maskeerde een strip van 2 cm aan de onderzijde en beinkte dit met witte inkt. Maskeerde de onderzijde en stempelde de Happy Birthday Background met dezelfde kleur inkt.

Die cut the balloon and bow out of Blueprints 26 Die-Namics and stamped the sentiment on to it. Stamped the image on some Copic paper and the Pretty in Plaid Patter Paper. Colored the images using my Copic markers and cut it using the matching die. Paperpieced the blanket and finished the card of by adding some transparant sequins. Stanste de balloon en strik van de Blueprints 26 Die-Namics en stempelde de tekst op de ballon. Stempelde de afbeelding op Copic papier en het Pretty in Plaid Designpapier. Kleurde de afbeelding in met mijn Copic markers en stanste deze met de bijpassende stans. Paperpiecte het deken en werkte de kaart af met transparante sequins.

My Favorite Things March Release - 3 Days Until the New Release

 Hello all,

One day closer to the March release by My Favorite Things! Only four more days to go until the new release will be avaible! Dag 2 van de My Favorite Things maart release countdown is hier, dat betekend dat het nu nog maar drie dagen duurt voordat de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar is!

Yay for the Pure Innocence line being back! Today the designteam is showcasing 4 new stamps. For my card I created a birthday card using the PI Important Peep together with the new Stitched Eyelet Lace Rectangle STAX Die-Namics.

Ja, raad eens wie er terug is? De Pure Innocence lijn is terug! vandaag laat het designteam 4 nieuwe stempels zien. Voor mijn inspiratie van vandaag maakte ik een verjaardag kaart met de PI Important Peep samen met de nieuwe Stitched Eyelet Lace Rectangle STAX Die-Namics.

Cut a white topfold base card and added a layer of pattern paper out of the Pretty in Plaid Paper Pad. Die cut the Stitched Eyelet Rectangle Die-Namics and masked of the sides. Inkblended the grass and sky and stamped the sentiment on to it.

Sneed een witte topfold basis kaart en plakte er een laag designpapier op uit het Pretty in Plaid designpapier. Stanste de Stitched Eyelet Rectangle Die-Namics en maskeerde de zijkanten. Inktblende het gras en de lucht. Stempelde daarna de tekst op de rechthoek.

Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut the using the PI Important Peeps Die-Namics. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de PI Important Peeps Die-Namics.

MFT Sky-High Friends Card Kit Release Countdown day 1

Welcome back today for day two of the July Cardkit Release countdown by My Favorite Things. Lucky the wait on the Cardkit Release is only short and you can have a shopping spree already tommorow Tuesday July 21st at 10:00 am EST. Welkom terug bij dag twee van de juli cardkit Release countdown by My Favorite Things. Gelukkig hoef je maar even te wachten want morgen zijn ze al beschikbaar om 16:00!

 For this card i made a interactive card you know i like to make those! This time i used the Sky High Friends with matching Die-Namics called and the Best Adventure Bears with matching Die-Namics. Voor mijn kaart ging ik ditmaal interactief jullie weten inmiddels wel dat ik deze leuk vind om te maken! Ik gebruikte de Sky Friends en Best Adventure Bears met bijpassende Die-Namics.

Started with a topfold white cardbase 14,3 x 11 and set this one a side. Cut a panel out of stamping paper and added some Grapesicle and Lavender Fields dye ink to it. Splattered some white paint for some intrest. Sneed een topfold Smooth White cardbase 14,3 x 11 en legde deze aan de kant. Stanste een stitched rechthoek uit stempel papier en bewerkte dit met Grapesicle en Lavender Fields dye inkt. Spetterde er wat witte spetters op voor wat detail.

 Cut the big cloud, small clouds, 2x the pull tab, Pull tab guider and one sandwich cirkle out of Smooth White cardstock. Added some Grapesicle on the big cloud and stamped the pull sentiment on to the pull tab. Stamped and cut the images and decided were i wanted to have the scene.Stanste de grote wolk, kleine wolken, twee keer de pull tab, de pull tab geleider en 1 sandwich rondje uit Smooth White cardstock. Bracht wat Grapesicle inkt aan op de grote wolk en stempelde de pull tekst op de pull tab. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen en stanste ze uit zodat ik de scene kon bepalen.

 When i decided on the scene i cut a slider slot out of the purple panel. Cut a strip of acetate and made a sandwich for the pulltape, slider element, sandwich cirkle and the acetate strip. Added the big cloud over the slider mechanisme so you could not see it. Toen ik besloten had hoe de scene eruit kwam te zien, sneed ik een slider gleuf uit het paarse paneel. Knipte een strook acetate en maakte een sanwich met de pulltab, slider element, sandwich cirkle en de acetate strip. Plakte de wolk eroverheen zodat het slider mechanisme niet meer zichtbaar zou zijn.

Colored up the images, paperpieced the balloon and added the big image on to the same cut out image of Smooth White cardstock so it would be more sturdy i also added a small strip of acetate. Heat embost the sentiment and cut it like a banner. Finished of the card using some Lemon Drops stars. Kleurde de afbeeldingen, paperpieced de ballon en plakte achter de grote afbeelding nog een die cut van dezelfde afbeelding uit Smooth White cardstock. Dit deed ik te versteviging evenals een klein strookje acetate. Heat emboste de tekst en sneed het uit. Werkte mijn kaart af met wat sterren uit Lemon Drop cardstock.

My Favorite Things July Release Countdown Day 2

Today i decided to go for a very Clean and Simple (CAS) card  using All the Cupcakes and matching Die-Namics. 

Vandaag maakte ik een hele strakke Clean and Simple (CAS) kaart met de All the Cupcakes stempel en bijpassende Die-Namics.

 I cut a Smooth White topfold card 10,6 x 10,6. Cut another square Smooth white 10 x 10 and added the sentiment in the middle. Sneed een topfold witte kaart 10,6 x 10,6 en nog een wit vierkant 10 x 10 en stempelde de tekst in het midden. 

Stamped the Cupcakes on Copic Friendly Paper and on six different colors of the Buffalo Brights paperpad. Colored in the cupcakes and cut using the matching Die-Namics. Cut out the Cupcake cases and glued them on the image. Stempelde de Cupcakes op Copic vriendelijk papier en op zes verschillende vellen van de Buffalo Brights paperpad. Kleurde de Cupcakes in en stanste ze uit met de matchende Die-Namics. Knipte de Cupcake houders en plakte deze op de cupcake.

Krafty Peeks day 1: What's the scoop

Hello all,

Welcome to Day One of our June Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! Today we are sharing a set called What's the scoop! by artist Neda Sedradin. It's a fun and versatile set! Hallo allemaal bij dag één van de release week van Kraftin' Kimmie stamps. Vandaag laten we een stempel zien van artiest Neda Sedradin genaamd What's the scpoop! Een grappige zomerse set.

 This set consist out of two girls combined, two crabbies and three accessories and to finish of the set has three matching sentiments! 

De set bestaat uit twee meisjes, twee krabben en drie accessoires. Om de set compleet te maken zitten er nog drie passende teksten bij.

 For my card i decided to go for a slimline card. Cut a white topfold cardbase 6 x 8 inch, scored at 3 inch. Colored the front of the card using Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink. Splattered some water and Blueprint Sketch mixed with warter on top of it. Voor mijn kaart besloot ik voor een slimline kaart te gaan. Sneed een witte topfold kaart van 6 x 8 inch en rilde op 3 inch. Met Mermaid Lagoon en Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inkt bewerkte ik de voorkant. Spetterde er water en Blueprint Sketch gemixt met water op.

Die cut the letters out of white cardstock and added some Tumbled Glass. Die cut the same letters out of vellum and adhered them together slightly off center. Heat embost the sentiment on some black cardstock and cut it using a banner die. Stanste de letters uit wit cardstock en bewerkte met Tumbled Glass. Stanste dezelfde letters uit vellum en plakte ze verschoven op elkaar. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en stanste het uit met een banner stans.

Stamped all the images and colored them up. Stamped the girls again on designpaper and paperpieced the tubes. Glued the girls on the card and using a white gel pen i added some water wringkles. Added the sentiment to the crab like he is holding the sentiment. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in en knipte ze uit. Stempelde de meisjes nogmaals op designpapier en paperpierced de banden. Plakte de meisjes op de kaart en met een witte gelpen bracht ik water rimpels aan. Plakte de tekst aan de krab net als of hij de tekst vast heeft.

Happiness is a cup of coffee with a good friend.

Hallo allemaal,

Zaterdag samen met mijn vriend een heel stuk gewandeld terwijl we Pókemons vingen, het was dan ook schitterend weer. Gisteren was het weer wat minder mooi en dus weer tijd om mijn knutselkamer in te duiken. Ik maakte met twee huidige challenge's van My Favorite Things en de vraag van Sandra om voor Scrap & Co nog wat voorbeelden te maken deze koffie kaart. Saturday i went for a walk with my boyfriend while playing Pokemon Go. The weather was outstanding for this time of the year. Yesterday the weather was not that great so time to do some cardmaking. I combined two of the current challenge's by My Favorite Things, with the request by Sandra to make some example cards for Scrap & Co into this coffee card.

Voor de huidige kleuren challenge starte ik met een topfold Grout Grey basiskaart 10 x 12,5 cm. Uit Gravel Grey cardstock stanste ik een rechthoek en bewerkte dit met een achtergrond stempel. Heat emboste de tekst op Electric Red cardstock en sneed het uit. For the current color challenge i started of with a topfold Grout Grey cardbase 10 x 12,5 cm. Out of Gravel Grey cardstock i die cut the rectangle and added the hearts using a background stamp. Heat embost the sentiment on some Electric Red cardstock and cut it out.

Stempelde het meisje op Copic papier en kleurde haar in met mijn Copics. Stempelde het meisje nogmaals op Gravel Grey en knipte de ovalen uit de bekers. Paperpieced dit op de beker en stanste twee Tickled Pink hartjes uit. Stamped the image on some Copic paper and colored her up using my Copic markers. Stamped the girl again on some Gravel Grey and cut out the ovals. Paperpieced the ovals on the original image and added some Tickled Pink hearts.

Hallo allemaal,

July is een drukke maand zoals jullie wel zullen merken, ik ben bij verschillende challenge blogs en merken gastdesigner en daarnaast heb ik dan mijn "normale" post. Ik blijf het een hele eer vinden om met mijn hobby dit te kunnen doen en te mogen maken.

Vandaag dus een post voor As you like it Challenge blog. Daar gaat vandaag een challenge van start met het thema "Baby" alles mag zolang je maar vertelt wat je hebt gemaakt.

Ik maakte een set kaarten, ik probeer waar mogelijk twee babykaarten te maken zodat ik er altijd wel wat in mijn voorraad heb. Nu merk ik zelf dat ik vaak geneigd ben om voor een jongens kaart te gaan maar deze keer werden het er dus twee.

Uit wit cardstock stanste ik twee keer de achtergrond en sneed deze op twee cm van rechts los. Maakte een topfold basis kaart en plakte daar een stuk roze en een stuk blauw cardstock op. Daarop ging met 3-d tape de achtergrond maar zo dat er een stuk gekleurd cardstock zichtbaar is. 

Uit wit cardstock haalde ik twee keer het woord hello en herhaalde dit nog zes keer uit blauw en roze cardstock. Plakte dit alles op elkaar en eindige met wit cardstock. Plakte het woord op de kaart.

Op roze en blauw cardstock heat emboste ik de tekst en stanste dit uit to een kleine banner. Dit ging met 3-d tape op het woord hello.

De luchtballon stempelde ik twee keer op Copic papier en één keer op het roze en blauwe cardstock. Kleurde de luchtballonen in met mijn Copics en stanste deze. Uit de blauw en roze luchtballon knipte ik drie onderdelen en plakte deze op de gekleurde luchtballonnen en plakte deze op de basiskaart.

Fijne dag allemaal!

October release and krafty hop!

Hello everyone!

And the day has come that the Ocotber Release by Kraftin' Kimmie stamps is available! Go quickly to the shop and make sure the buy all our new goodies!

This time around i made another card series using the Super Cool Pals stamp set but a tiny bit different. I decided to make give the snowman some real clothes and i paper pieced all the clothing.

Used products: Marianne Design Paper, enamel dots, Die-Namics slanted sentiment strips, Die-Namics blueprint 29

Made the base card using white cardstock and adhered a design paper panel to it. The i adhered a white panel to it and made some strips of paper using the slanted sentiment strips. Finished it of using a tab with the sentiment on it. 

Die cut some snowflakes to break the white and finished them of using some enamel dots.

Stamped the images using wicked black on Copic paper as well on some design paper. Colored the image using my Copic Markers and fussy cut the clothing and glued it on to the image. Then i fussy cut the image leaving a white border.
