MFT Cats & Plants Card Kit Release

So for this card i decided to use the alround Stitched Collage Frame Die-Namics in combination with all this adorable card kit.

Voor mijn laatste kaart besloot ik gebruik te maken van de leuke Stitched Collage Frame Die-Namics in combinatie met deze super leuke card kit!

So i cut a Smooth White topfold base card, the frame i also cut out of Smooth White. The Pattern Paper backdrop is also in the card kit. Cut it so it would fit the frame. And adhered it to the base card. The panel went on top using some foam squares. Stanste een Smooth White witte basiskaart, het frame stanste ik ook uit Smooth White. Het designpapier op de achtergond komt uit de Paper Pad die in de card kit zit. Sneed dit op maat en plakte dit op de basiskaart. Daarop ging het frame dat ik met foamtape bevestigde.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Heat embost the sentiment on some Black Licorrice and cut it into a smaller strip. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stansten ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Heat emboste de tekst op Black Licorice en stanste het uit tot een smallere strip.

Today we are kicking of with a amazing Card kit release countdown by My Favorite Things! If you are a cat person (just like me) this is THE release for you! So for my card i cut a Smooth White panel, masked of the bottom and inked up some Cement Gray. Cut a strip of pattern paper and added that to the top. A small strip of Smooth White to make a difference between the wall and floor. Cut the window out of the patern paper and cut it out of Smooth White attached it and die cut the other parts out of cardstock and assembled it. Voor mijn kaart sneed ik een Smooth White panel, inkte de onderkant met Cement Grey inkt. Sneed een strook designpapier en plakte dat aan de bovenzijde. Sneed een klein stripje Smooth White om het onderscheid te maken tussen de vloer en de grond. Stanste het raam uit het paneel, de buitenkant uit Smooth White en plakte dit op de basis. Stanste alle andere onderdelen uit cardstock en maakte het een geheel.

Die cut the plants and pots out of cardstock and assembled them together the same goes for the perch the cat is sitting on. Added the whole panel to a slightly bigger Smooth White sidefold basecard. Stanste de planten en potten uit verschillende kleuren cardstock en maakte ze tot een geheel, dit zelfde deed ik voor het tafeltje waar de kat op ligt. Plakte alles op een Smooth White basiskaart.

Stamped the images, colored them up and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Added some details on the card using a white gelpen. Heat embost the sentiment on some Carribean Sea cardstock and cut it into a smaller strip. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Bracht was details aan met mijn witte gelpen. Heat emboste de tekst op Carribean Sea cardstock en stanste het tot een kleinere rechthoek.

So for my last card i had to go slimline! I did not yet make any so here it is alot of product that are in the cardkit.

Voor mijn laatste kaart voor deze cardkit maakte ik uiteraard een slimline kaart! Ik maakte er nog geen en deze mocht natuurlijk niet ontbreken. Ik gebruikte verschillende producten uit de cardkit.

Out of Sno Cone cardstock i cut the stitched slimline rectangle. Out of Sour Apple i cut the grass and added some ink using Sour Apple. Glued the base onto a sidefold Smooth White card. Uit Sno Cone cardstock stanste ik de stitched Slimline rechthoek. Uit Sour Apple stanste ik het gras en bewerkte dit met Sour Apple inkt. 

Die cut the box parts out of Milk Chocolate, Kraft and Neutral cardstock and made it into a box. Heat embost the sentiment and cut it using a banner die. Stanste de doos uit Milk Chocolate, Kraft en Neutral cardstock en maakte er een doos van. Heat emboste de tekst en stanste het tot een banner.

Stamped all the images, colored them up with my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Added some details using a white gelpen and stamped the words "hi" and "yay". Adhered everything on the card using foamtape. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Voegde wat details toe met een witte gelpen en stempelde de woorden "yay" en "hi". Plakte alles op de kaart met foam tape.

MFT Weather With You Card Kit Release Countdown day 1

 Hello all,

Welcome back today for day one of the February Card kit Release countdown by My Favorite Things. Lucky the wait on the Card kit Release is only short and you can have a shopping spree already tommorow Tuesday March 2nd at 10:00 am EST. Welkom terug bij dag twee van de februari card kit Release countdown by My Favorite Things. Gelukkig hoef je maar even te wachten want morgen zijn ze al beschikbaar om 16:00!

So for today's card i decided to go CAS, that is what i really like about this kit is that you can make any kind of cardtype.

Voor de kaart van de vandaag besloot ik voor een CAS kaart te gaan, dat vind ik namelijk aan deze kit erg leuk is dat je er allerlei soorten kaarten mee kunt maken.

So i cut a Smooth White a2 topfold cardbase and using the Circle extraordinaire stencil to make the Summer Splash circle, splattered some water to give it some detail. Sneed een a2 Smooth White basiskaart en gebruikte de cirkel extraordinaire stencil en maakte de cirkel met Summer Splash inkt.

Stamped the images, colored them up with my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Placed them on the card using foamtape. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met bijpassende Die-Namics. Plakte alles op de kaart met foam tape.

Heat embost the sentiment on some Black Licorice and cut it using a banner die. Corner Chopped the bottom corners and my card was done! Heat emboste de tekst op Black Licorice en stanste het uit. Corner Choppte de hoeken aan de onderzijde en klaar was Marieke!

This month was really a shaker month so i could not resist making yet another shaker card. I started by cutting a A2 stitched Cement Gray cardbase, using a white pigment ink and the Love is in the air stencil i added the hearts. Deze maand ben ik helemaal van de shakers lijkt het wel ook voor de cardkit van deze maand maakte ik een shakerkaart. Stanste uit Cement Grey een recthoek en bewerkte dit met een stencil en witte pigment inkt.

Stamped and cut the sentiment so i knew were i wanted my shaker to be. Cut the Tall Snow Globe Shaker Die-Namics out of the frame. Cut a Smooth White rectangle, placed it behind the grey panel and traced the shape also i traced the white frame on the back of the grey panel so i could place it on the right spot. Stempelde en sneed de tekst uit en bepaalde waar ik het shaker element wilde hebben. Stanste de Tall Snow Globe Shaker Die-Namics uit de rechthoek. Sneed een Smooth White rechhoek, plaatste dit achter de grijze rechthoek en tekende deze over, ik deed het zelfde met de witte rechthoek op de grijze rechthoek zodat ik hem op de juiste plek terug kon zetten.

Added some Picked Raspberry, Worn Liptstick and Spun Sugar to Smooth White panel. Splattered some water and added the hearts using the stencil again, with the same pink Distress combo. Glued the shaker pouch on the back of the grey panel, filled it with shaker material and closed it using the inked Smooth White panel. Bracht wat Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick en Spun Sugar aan op het Smooth White cardstock. Spetterde wat water en bracht met hetzelfde stencil de hartjes opnieuw aan met dezelfde kleuren Distress inkt. Plakte de shakerpouch op, vulde hem met shaker materiaal en plakte het geheel dicht met de Smooth White rechthoek.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Added some details to the umbrella using a white gelpen. Placed the whole frame onto a sidefold Smooth White basecard. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Voegde wat details toe op de paraplu met een witte gelpen. Plakte het geheel op de kaart en op een Smooth White sidefold basiskaart.

MFT Friendship Card Kit Release

For today's card i decided to go with a very Clean and Simple Design. But one that really stands out.

Voor mijn kaart van vandaag ging ik voor een heel strak Clean en Simple ontwerp. Maar wel eentje die er uit springt.

Cut a Smooth White panel, cut the word Friendship out of it and added the panel on to a topfold Eiffel Tower carbase. Added the inner pieces on the spot were they should be. Sneed een Smooth White rechthoek en stanste er het woord Friendship uit. Plakte de rechthoek op een Eiffel Tower topfold basiskaart en plakte de losse onderdelen van de letters op de juiste plek.

Heat embost the sentiment on some Butterscotch and cut it down to a banner. Heat emboste de tekst op Butterscotch en maakte er een banner van.

Die cut the Love Speech Bubbles out of Smooth White, Eiffel Tower and Butterscotch. Glued them together and added them on the cardbase. Stanste de Love Speech Bubbles uit Smooth White, Eiffel Tower and Butterscotch. Plakte ze op elkaar en daarna op de basiskaart.

Gelukkig hoef je maar even te wachten want morgen zijn ze al beschikbaar om 16:00!

Voor de kaart van de vandaag besloot ik voor een CAS kaart te gaan, dat vind ik namelijk aan deze kit erg leuk is dat je er allerlei soorten kaarten mee kunt maken.

Cut a standard A2 Smooth White topfold cardbase. On the left side i cut both the Polka Dots Pops Die-Namics and adhered a Butterscotch panel on the inside of the card. Sneed een standaard A2 Smooth White topfold basiskaart. Uit deze kaart stanste ik aan de linkerzijde de Polka Dots Pops Die-Namics en plakte er een strook Butterscotch achter aan de binnenzijde van de kaart.

On some Eiffel Tower i heat embost the Best Friend Background stamps and cut it using the largest Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Flag. Took the same die only then the middle seize and cut it out of vellum and the smallest seize out of Butterscotch. Op een stuk Eiffel Tower cardstock heat emboste ik de Best Friend Achtergrond stempel en stanste het geheel uit met de grootste maat Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Flag. Met dezelfde Die-Namics stanste ik de middelste "vlag" uit Vellum en de kleinste uit Butterscotch.

Heat embost the sentiment on the Butterscotch banner and adhered all together on the topside of the banners. Glued it onto the main card again only with the top. Stamped the sentiment on some Smooth White and cut it out. Adhered it to the base and finished of the card using some black twine and clear sequins. Heat emboste de tekst op de Butterscotch "vlag" en plakte alles alleen aan de bovenkant aan elkaar. Zo plakte ik het geheel ook op de basiskaart. Stempelde de tekst op Smooth White en stanste het uit. Plakte het op de basiskaart en werkte de kaart af met wat zwarte twine en clear sequins.

So for my card i cut a standard A2 Eiffel Tower cardbase. Heat embost the sentiments on to Ripe Raspberry, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summer Splash and Grape Jelly cardstock. Cut the sentiments using the Boxed-in Banners and Fishtail Foundations Die-Namics. Using Smooth White i cut the outside of the Boxed-in Banners and adhered them to the Friend and Friendship sentiments.

Voor mijn kaart sneed ik een standaard A2 topfold Eiffel Tower basiskaart. Heat emboste de teksten op Ripe Raspberry, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summer Splash and Grape Jelly cardstock. Stanste de teksten uit met de Boxed-in en Fishtail Foundations Die-Namics. Uit Smooth White stanste ik de buitenzijde van de Boxed-in Die-Namics en plakte dit op de Friendship en Friend banners. 

Adhered the sentiments to the panel but a but wonky so it would look playful. To finish of the card i added some enamel dots and some accents with a white gelpen. Plakte de teksten wat verschoven op voor een speels effect. Werkte de kaart af met wat details van een witte gelpen en gekleurde enamel dots.

MFT Wild About Rainbows Card Kit Release

For today's card i decided to show you that the dies in the card kit are really versatile and you can use them in a other way then just in rainbow colors. Voor mijn kaart van vandaag wilde ik je laten zien dat de stansen in de card kit op meerdere manieren te gebruiken zijn dan alleen in de regenboog kleuren.

So for my card i started cutting the rainbow using Smooth White cardstock. Cut a piece of Kraft cardstock and splattered some white paint on to it. Voor mijn kaart stanste ik de regenboog uit Smooth White cardstock. Sneed een Kraft rechthoek en spetterde er witte verfspetters op.

Made the butterfly using different colors of inks, to make the bottom half two toned i stamped the lightest color first, then inked up the same stamp using a darker color and depped of some the dark ink before stamping. Maakte de vlinders door verschillende kleuren inkt te gebruiken, om de onderzijde twee kleuren inkt te geven stempelde ik eerst de licht kleur, daarna de donkere maar voordat ik de donkerste kleur stempelde depte ik wat inkt weg met een babybillendoekje.

Heat embost the wings on vellum. Die cut both using the matching Die-Namics and made them fit for the complete butterfly. Heat emboste de vleugels op vellum. Stanste beide uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics and maakte knipte zelf zo bij dat ze passend zijn.

Die cut "You" out of Black Licorice and heat embost the sentiment on some kraft cardstock. Added the kraft base to a topfold Smooth White card and added all the loose elements. Finished of the card using some colored enamel dots. Stanste "you" uit Black Licorice en heat emboste de tekst op Kraft cardstock. Plakte de kraft rechthoek op een topfold Smooth White basiskaart en voegde alle elementen toe. Werkte het geheel af met verschillende kleuren enemal dots.

 Hello all,

Today we are kicking of with a amazing Card kit release countdown by My Favorite Things! If you loves rainbows this is the card kit you wanne go for, it sends you right to a happy place! This release will be avaible Tuesday December 15th at 10:00 am EST. Vandaag starten we met een super leuke cardkit release countdown van My Favorite Things! Als regenbogen helemaal jou ding zijn, is dit de goede card kit! (uiteraard kun je de prodcuten voor zoveel meer gebruiken!) in gedachte is dit een super leuke moderne card kit! De release zal beschikbaar zijn op dinsdag 15 December om 16:00. 

So this cardkit contains two stamps (one of them is card kit exclusive!), Color Blast Die-Namics, Cascading Rainbows Die-Namics, Five piece of Smooth White cardstock, and eight different colors of cardstock. And if you buy for $60 you will get the Be Happy Die-Namics for free!

Note: The Phrase Builders Die-namics (previously released) - coordinates with Happy Day and Good Vibes Only and is avaible separently.

De cardkit bestaat uit twee stempels (één daarvan is Kit-exclusief!), Color Blast Die-Namics, Cascading  Rainbows Die-Namics, vijf vellen Smooth White cardstock en acht vellen verschillende kleuren cardstock. Wanneer je voor $60 koopt krijg je de Be Happy Die-Namics gratis.

So for my card i cut a Smooth White Slimline rectangle. Cut the rainbow out of seven colors that are in the card kit and added it to the panel. Cut of the overhanging parts. Cut two clouds and added thoose on top of it. Voor mijn kaart stanste ik een Smooth White Slimline rechthoek. Stanste de regenboog uit zeven verschillende kleuren uit de card kit en plakte deze op de rechthoek. Stanste twee wolken en voegde deze ook toe.

Before adding it to the panel i stamped the sentiment. Glued the whole rectangle on a sidefold Smooth White base card and finished of using some Clear embellishments. Voordat ik de wolken opplakte stempelde ik de tekst. Het geheel ging op een side fold Smooth White basiskaart en ik werkte het geheel af met transparante embellishments.
