Altenew - Hello My Dear Friend

Hallo allemaal,

Hier ben ik dan weer met nog een keer een post voor Altenew. Ook vandaag maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe inkten van Altenew, ditmaal combineerde ik de inkten met de Dancing Sunflowers. I'm back again with a new post for Altenew. For today I created a card using the new Altenew Inks combined with the older Dancing Sunflowers.

De basis is een standaard topfold witte kaart. Sneed een rechthoek 5 1/4 x 4 en beinkte de kant waar de bloem komt met Mauve inkt. Spetterde daarna met Mauve en Berrylicious. Plakte de rechthoek op de kaart met foamtape.

The base of the card is a A2 topfold white basecard. Cut a white rectangle 5 1/4 x 4 inch and inked the side were the flower is going using Mauve. Splattered some Mauve and Berrylicious and adhered the rectangle to the basecard using foam tape.

Stanste de bloem met de Dancing Sunflowers Die Cut en beinkte het met de Dancing Sunflowers Simple Coloring Stencil. Ik gebruikte de kleuren Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea en Citronella. 

Die cut the flower using the Dancing Sunflower Die Cut and inked it up using the Dancing Sunflower Simple Coloring Stencil. I used the colors; Mauve, Berrylicious, Acai Berry, Aloe Very, Matcha Tea, Icy Lemonade, Oelong tea and Citronella. 

Plakte de bloem op de kaart en bewerkte het met transparante sequins. Stanste de tekst uit de Versatile Greetings Die Cut en plakte ze op elkaar. Stempelde de andere tekst van de Cherry Blossoms Bunch en stanste het tot een banner voordat ik het opplakte. Adhered the flower on the basecard and added some transparant sequins. Die cut the sentiment using the Versatile Greetings Die Cut and adhered them together. Stamped the other sentiment out of the Cherry Blossoms Bunch and die cut it to a banner before adding the sentiment to the card.

Altenew - Season's Greetings

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag ben ik er weer met een kaart die ik als gastdesigner voor Altenew maakte. Dit keer heb ik een kaart die ik maakte met een aantal nieuwe en een aantal oudere producten. Today i'm back again with a post as a guestdesigner for Altenew. This time around I created a card using some new and older products.

De basis van de kaart is een topfold witte kaart. Ik sneed een rechthoek 5 x 3 3/4 inch en beinkte dit met het Sweater Pattern Builder stencil en de kleuren Mauve en Berrylicious. Plakte dit op een donker kleur cardstock en plakte het met foam tape op de kaart.

The base of the card is a topfold white card. Cut a white rectangle 5 3 3/4 inch and inked it up using the Sweater Pattern Builder stencil and the colors Mauve and Berrylicious. Adhered the rectangle onto a darker shade of cardstock and on the base using foam tape.

Op hetzelfde kleur cardstock hotfoiled ik de tekst met witte hot foil en de Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate. Stanste het daarna uit met de bijpassende Holiday Greetings Die Cut.

On to the same color of cardstock I hotfoiled the sentiment using the Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate and white hot foil. Afterwards I cut it using the matching Holiday Greetings Die Cut.

Stempelde de Mini Delight: Very Berry stempel met Mauve en Berrylicious. De blaadjes stempelde ik met Aloe Vera, Matcha Tea en Swamp Green. Knipte het uit en plakte ze op de kaart. Werkte de kaart af met wat roze rhinestones. Stamped the Mini Delight: Very Berry stamp using Mauve and Berrylicious. The leaves are die cut using Aloe Vera, Matcha Tea and Swamp Green. Cut them using my sciccors and adhered them on the card. Finished the card of by adding some pink thinestones.

Altenew - New Release

 Hello all,

Today i'm joining in on the latest release product instagramhop by Altenew! In my blogpost today, not one but two projects using the new products. Both of them are made using the December release products! Vandaag doe ik mee aan de nieuwste release instagramhop van Altenew! In mijn blogpost niet één maar twee projecten met de nieuwste producten. Voor beide projecten gebruikte ik de nieuwste release producten!

For my first card I used a topfold Smooth White base card. Using a piece of white cardstock and the Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder to create a rectangle background. Added a strip of light Gray cardstock behind and and adhered it on the basecard.

Voor mijn eerste kaart sneed ik een Smooth White basis kaart. Met wit cardstock en het Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder maakte ik de achtegrond. Plakte hier een strip lichtgrijs cardstock achter en plakte dit op de basiskaart.

Using three different colors of Gray ink and a black outline ink I stamped the butterfly out of the Delicate Butterfly. Cut it using the delicate Butterfly Diet Set. Using the Versatile Greetings Hot Foil and the matching Versatile Greetings Die Set, I hot foiled "friend" using a black hot foil on some white cardstock. Het set the small sentiment on some light gray cardstock and adhered all the elements on the card.

Met een zwarte outline inkt en drie verschillende kleuren grijs tinten stempelde ik de Delicate Butterfly. Stanste hem daarna uit met de bijpassende Butterfly Die Set. Voor de teksten gebruikte ik de Versatile Greetings Hot Foil en Die Set. Hot foiled de tekst "friend" met zwarte hot foil op wit cardstock. Heat emboste de kleine tekst met wit embossing poeder op lichtgrijs cardstock en plakte daarna alle elementen op de kaart.

For my second card I cut a topfold white base card, trimmed 1/4 inch strips of white, yellow, green and pink cardstock. Adhered them on the base card. Using the Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil Plate and gold foil on some white cardstock and trimmed it down to a smaller rectangle.

Voor mijn tweede kaart sneed ik een topfold witte basis kaart. Sneed 1/4 inch strips van wit, geel, groen en roze cardstock en plakte dit op de basiskaart. Met de Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil plate en goude folie hotfoiled ik de plaat op wit cardstock en sneed het tot een iets kleinere rechthoek.

Inkblended the floral using my Distress Oxide ink and the Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Die cut the sentiment using the Versatile Greetings Die set and stamped the sentiment out of the Cherry Blossoms Bunch. Inktblende het boeket met mijn Distress Oxide inkten en het Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Stanste de tekst met het Versatile Greetings Die Set en stempelde de tekst uit de Cherry Blossoms Bunch.

Studio Light - I Wish You the Happiest Christmas Ever!

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de nieuwste Sweet Stories producten een kerst shaker kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a Christmas shakercard using the newest Sweet Stories products.

Op een stuk aquarel papier inktblende ik de kleuren Speckled Egg, Evergreen Bough en Black Soot Distress Oxide inkten. Spetterde water en witte verf en stanste de kerstbal uit. Plakte de achtergrond tijdelijk op de kaart en plakte de uitgestanste kerstbal op de basis. Plakte de pouch achter de geinkte achtergrond, vulde deze en plakte hem op de kaart. On a piece of watercolor paper, I inkblended Speckled Egg, Evergreen Bough en Black Soot Distress Oxide inks. Splattered some water and white paint and die cut the Christmas Ornament. Adhered the background temporarly to a base card and adhered the ornamant. Adhered the pouch to the back of the backgroud, filled the shaker and closed it.

Stanste de takken en besjes uit groen en wit cardstock, de sluitting van de bal uit zilver cardstock en plakte het aan de bovenzijde van de kaart. Heat emboste de teksten op zwart en rood cardstock en knipte of stanste ze uit. Plakte dit op de kerstbal. Die cut the branches out off green and white cardstock, the Christmas Shackle out of Silver cardstock and adhered it to the top of the card. On some red and black cardstock, I heat set the sentiments and cut them using a die or my sciccors.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Bracht op de muts wat fluff en stuff aan en plakte daarna alles op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers en and cut them using the matching dies. Added some Fluff and Stuff to the hat and adhered all the elements on the base card.

Carlijn Design - ATC Swap

Studio Light - Merry Kiss-Mas!

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de nieuwste Sweet Stories producten een Lipbalm kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a Lipbalm card using the newest Sweet Stories products.

Stanste uit wit cardstock de Money Card Die-Namics (MFT) en uit aquarelpapier. Inktblende de kleuren Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon en Chipped Sapphire. Met een stencil en de twee donkerste blauwe kleuren inkt ging ik nog een keer over de achtergrond heen. Spetterde water en witte verf.

Die cut the Money Card Die-Namics (MFT) out of white cardstock and watercolor paper. Inkblended the colors Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon and Chipped Sapphire. Using the mask and the two darkest colors I inkblended the snowflakes. Splattered some water and white paint.

Stanste het gras uit een helft van de Money Card Die-Namics en beinkte de onderkant met de twee lichte kleuren blauwe inkt. Plakte deze tijdelijk op de achtergrond en stanste de lipbalm pouch eruit. Plakte de pouch aan de binnenzijde. Beplakte een lipbalm met designpapier en plakte de pocket dicht. Die cut the grass out of half of the Money Card Die-Namics en inked up the bottom using the two lightest colors of blue. Temporarly added them together and die cut the lipbalm die. Adhered the pouch to the back of the grass. Adhered some pattern paper to the lipbalm and closed the card.

Stanste de boom uit Kraft cardstock, bewerkte dit met Vintage Photo en Walnut Stain en bewerkte de takken met Fluffy Stuff. Plakte de boom achter het gras en knipte wat over hing af. Stempelde de sneeuwvlokken met Mermaid Lagoon en stanste ze uit. Die cut the tree out of Kraft cardstock, added some Vintage Photo and Walnut stain and added some Fluffy Stuff to the branches. Adhered the card to the pocket and cut of what was to much. Stamped the snowflakes using Mermaid Lagoon and die cut the using the matchihng dies.

Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit. Heat emboste de teksten met wit embossing poeder op zwart cardstock. Stanste en knipte ze uit en plakte ze op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching dies. Heat set the sentiments using white powder and black cardstock. Die cut or cut them using my sciccors and adhered all the elements ot the card.
