My Favorite Things Hits & Highlights

Today i'm back with a project for My Favorite Things, today it's time for the Hits & Hightlights. The team inspires you with projects featuring a specific theme or products. Today we are showcasing the versatility of the shaker pouches. Vandaag ben ik er weer met een project voor My Favorite Things, vandaag is het tijd voor een Hits & Highlights. Het designteam inspireert jullie met een specifiek thema of product. Vandaag laten we de veelzijdigheid zijn van de shaker pouches.

Well as you all know i like a good interactive card, so when i saw the challenge to make something different with the shaker pouches i was all in!

Zoals de meeste van jullie weten ben ik wel van de interactieve kaarten, toen we uitgedaagd werden om met een shaker pouch iets anders te maken dan een shaker kaart was ik natuurlijk all in!

So for my shaker option i decided to use the wine shaker window & frame and turned them into festive Christmas Tree Ornemants. Voor mijn shaker optie koos ik het wine window & frame en maakte er leuke kerst ornementen van.

For the snowman i started cutting two of the Shaker Frames out of Smooth White cardstock. Added a shaker pounch on both of the frames and filled it up using some snow.Before i glued them together i added some twine in the middle so i would be aible to hang them in my tree. Let them dry for some time while working on the rest. Voor de sneeuwman stanste ik twee keer het wijnglas met Smooth White cardstock. Plakte de shaker pouches aan beide zijde op het frame en vulde de pouches met "sneeuw. Voordat ik ze op elkaar plakte voegde ik nog wat twine toe in het midden van de pouches zodat ik ze op kan hangen in de boom. Liet het geheel goed drogen.

Cut the smaller parts out of Red Hot, Black Licorice and Orange Zest cardstock. Added some details to the shawl and had using a white gelpen. Added everything to the wineglass and my snowman was all done! Stanste de onderdelen uit Red Hot, Orange Zest en Black Licorice cardstock. Voegde wat details toe met een witte gelpen en plakte alles op de wijnglazen.

For my Ice wineglas i first colored up some watercolor paper using Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistashio Distress ink. Splattered some white paint and glimmer mist and cut two of the wineglasses. Voor mijn ijs wijnglas maakte ik eerst op aquarel papier met Mermaid Lagoon, Peacock Feathers en Cracked Pistashio de achtergrond. Spetterde er water, witte verf en glimmermist op en stanste er twee wijnglazen uit.

Did the same as with the snowman, glued the pouches, Filled the pouches, added a white twine and let it dry. Die cut the snowflakes out of Smooth White cardstock and placed them at the same spot on the front and back of the wineglass. Deed hetzelfde als bij de sneeuwman, plakte de pouches op, vulde het met shakermateriaal, plakte witte twine op en liet het goed drogen. Stanste de sneeuwvlokken uit Smooth White en plakte deze aan beide zijde op gelijke hoogte op.
