Kraftin' Kimmie Saturday Challenge - Make your own Background

Hallo allemaal / Hello everybody!

Today it's Saturday wich means a new challenge started over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Blog, today the theme is make a card or project were you made your own background!. You can go every route with this so get your stamps, ink and stencils out and play along. Vandaag is het zaterdag dat betekend dat er een nieuwe challenge begonnen is op het blog van Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. Het thema van deze week is maak een kaart pf project en gebruik daarop een eigen gemaakte achtergrond. Je kunt er alle kanten mee op dus pak je stempels, inkten en stencils en speel mee!

So for my card i inked up a panel using Scattered Straw, Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress inks and splattered some water and white paint on to it. Using the Magical Mosaic Stencil and Tea Dye Distress ink i added the pattern. Voor mijn kaart inkte ik een paneel met Scattered Straw, Mustard Seed en Wild Honey Distress inkt, spetterde er water en witte verf op. Met het Magical Mosaic Stencil en Tea Dye Distress inkt voegde ik het patroon toe.

Die cut the panel using a stitched rectangle die. Stamped the flying lines on the card using Wicked Black. Die cut the word sweet and the outline out of vellum and adhered them together. Heat embost the sentiment on some black cardstock and cut them out. Stanste het geheel uit met een stitched recthoekige stans. Stempelde de vlieglijnen op de kaart met Wicked Black. Stanste het woord sweet en de omlijnde stans uit vellum en plakte ze op elkaat. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart carstock en sneed het uit.

Stamped the images, colored it up and cut it using my Sciccors. Added the panel on to a White topfold cardbase and added all the single elements on to it. For some fine detail i added some wink of stella to the wings. Stempelde de afbeelding, kleurde hem in en knipte hem uit. Plakte het paneel op een witte topfold basiskaart en plakte daarna alle losse elementen op. Voor een klein detail bracht ik nog wink of stella aan op de vleugels.
