Joy, from me to you

Hallo allemaal,

Today i have a card for you that i made for a challenge that came online today over at Tiets Creative Wereld Facebook Page. The challenge is to use a star and the number 25. I straight away knew i would wanne use the wreath again only this time i did not wanne use the traditional color palette. So i looked for some inspiration on Pinterest and found this beauty by Debby

The base is a shape from Dutch Doobadoo. I cut one out of white cardstock and one a seize smaller out of stamping paper. I inked up the star out of stamping paper using Distress inks and splattered some white acrylic paint on it. Stamped the woodgrain stamp using the same colors of Distress Inks.

Out of three different colors of cardstock i die cut the wreath and made it into a whole wreath. Out of silver cardstock i cut the berries and die cut the numbers using white cardstock.

Out of white cardstock i cut the word Joy several times and glued the together. Heat embost the sentiment onto the darkest color cardstock and cut it into a banner. To give the card some shine i used some Liquid stardust. To finish of the wreath i used some glitter gems.

Heb een heerlijke avond!

Groet, Marieke
