Studio Light - Leuke Post

Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een air mail kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a airmail card using Sweet Stories products.

Sneed een witte basis rechthoek en maakte zelf het designpapier met stroken rood, blauw en wit cardstock. Stanste een naturel rechthoek en inktblende de enveloppen met Naturel en Kraft inkt. Stempelde de stempels in de bovenhoek en plakte het op de basis.

Cut a topfold Smooth White basecard and made the pattern paper myself using white, red and blue strokes of paper. Die cut a Naturel rectangle and inktblended it using the envelope stencil, Kraft and Naturel ink. Stamped the sentiments in the corner and added the panel onto the card.

Stanste de enveloppen en de hartjes plakte ze dicht en op de kaart. Heat emboste de teksten op blauw cardstock en stanste uit. Hot Foilde "Leuke Post" met rode hot foil en stanste uit met de bijpassende stans. 

Die cut the envelopes and the hearts, closed the envelopes glued the hearts onto them and onto the card. Heat set the sentiments on some blue cardstock and cut them into banners. Hot Foiled the sentiment "Leuke Post" using red hot foil and cut it using the matching dies.

Stempelde de afbeeldingen kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte ze uit of stanste ze met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alles op de kaart met verschillende hoogtes foam tape. Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching dies or my sciccors. Adhered everything onto the base using different heights of foamtape.

Altenew - New release

Hello all,

Today i'm joining in on the latest release product instagramhop by Altnew! In my blogpost not one but two projects using the new products. Both of them are made using the Hot Foil plates and some other products. Vandaag doe ik mee aan de nieuwste release instagramhop van Altenew! In mijn blogpost niet één maar twee projecten met de nieuwste producten. Voor beide producten gebruikte ik de Hot Foil Plates samen met een aantal andere producten.

On a white topfold base card, I stamped the Cherry Blossom Bunch stamp in both corners using a black ink. Stamped the same stamp on some alcholfriendly paper and colored it up using my Copic markers.

Op een witte topfold basiskaart stempelde ik de Cherry Blossom Bunch stempel in beide hoeken met zwarte inkt. Stempelde dezelfde stempel op alchohol vriendelijk papier en kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers.

Dry embossed the Curving Leaves Embossing Folder using white cardstock and trimmed it to a smaller rectangle. Adhered it onto the card and added the flowers using foam tape. Heat set the sentiment on some black cardstock and trimmed it to a banner.

Droog emboste de Curving Leaves Embossing Folder met wit cardstock en sneed het tot een kleinere rechthoek. Plakte deze op de kaart met foam tape en daarna deed ik het zelfde met de bloemen. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en sneed het tot een banner.

Using the Versatile Greetings Hotfoil plate and some silver foil I printed it on white cardstock. Die cut it using the matching Versatile Greetings Die cuts and finished the card of adding it to the card.

Met de Versatile Greetings hotfoil Plate en zilver foil, hot foiled ik de tekst op wit cardstock. Met de bijpassende Versatile Greetings stans stanste ik de tekst en plakte het op de kaart.

For my second card I went for a more Christmas inspired look. Stamped the Climbing Leaves Stamp on alcohol friendly paper and colored it up using my Copic markers. Trimmed it down to a smaller rectangle.

Used Copic colors:

YG67, YG63, YG03, YG01

Voor mijn tweede kaart maakte ik een meer kerst geinspireerde kaart. Stempelde de Climbing Leaves stempel op alcohol vriendelijk papier en kleurde het in met mijn Copic markers. Sneed het tot een kleinere rechthoek.

Adhered the panel on a slightly larger black cardstock rectangle and that went onto a white topfold base card. Using the Essential Alpha Hot Foil Plate, black cardstock and gold hotfoil I hot foiled the alphabet twice. Plakte de rechthoek op een iets grotere zwarte rechthoek en het geheel ging op een witte topfold basiskaart. Met de Essential Alpha Hot Foil Plate, zwart cardstock en goud foil, hot foiled ik het alphabet twee keer.

After hot foiling I used the striped stencil out of the Essential Alpha simpel coloring stencil set and added some gold glitter paste. Let it dry and die cut them using the matching Essential Alpha Die. Na het hotfoilen gebruikte ik het gestreepte stencil van het Essential Alpha Simple Coloring Stencil Set en maakte de strepen met gouden glitter paste. Liet het drogen en stanste het daarna uit met de bijpassende Essential Alpha Die.

Assembled the sentiment and adhered it on the card using foam tape. To make the card more festive I added some Red Cosmos Enemal dots. Maakte de tekst en plakte het op de kaart met foam tape. Om de kaart wat meer kerstig te maken voegde ik nog wat Red Cosmos Enemal dots toe.

Studio Light - Trick or Treat

 Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories Halloween release twee gift tags. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making two gift tags using the Sweet Stories Halloween release.

Voor mijn basis gebruikte ik een zwarte en witte tag uit de Essentails Tag Block. Ik inktte de zwarte met een stencil en witte inkt. Spetterde wat witte inkt en maakte een stikrandje met een witte gelpen. For my base I used the black and white tag out of the Essentials Tag Block. Inked up the black one using white ink and a mask. Splattered some white paint and added a sewingline using a white gelpen.

Voor de oranje inkten Spiced Marmelade Distress Oxide inkt en een stencil en spetterde zwarte verf. Maakte een zwart stikrandje met een zwarte fineliner. For the orange one I inked up Spiced Marmelade Distress Oxide ink, splattered some water and black paint and added a black sewing line.

Voor beide sneed ik twee keer een lijn op 3,5 cm hoogte en 2 cm lang en 2 cm lager de tweede lijn. Haalde hier de lolly doorheen. Om de tag echt een tag te maken gebruikte ik lint en twine. Heat emboste voor de oranje tag beide teksten op zwart cardstock en stanste ze uit.

For both of the I cut a line 3,5 from the top and 2 cm long another one 2 cm apart. To make the the tag a tag, I added some twine and ribbon. For the orange tag I heat set the sentiments on some black cardstock and trimmed them using dies.

Voor de zwarte tag stempelde ik de teksten op wit cardstock en stanste ze ook uit. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copics en stanste ze uit. Plakte daarna alles op de tags. For the black tag I stamped the sentiments on some white cardstock, die cut them aswell. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the matching dies. Adhered everything onto the tags and it was all finished.

My Favorite Things - October Product Launch

 Hello all,

And what are you buying? For more inspiration I decided on making a using one of the new stamps by artist Rachelle Anne Miller called Cute & Cuddly Christmas.

at is er in jouw mandje beland? Voor meer inspiratie maakte ik een kaart met één van de nieuwe stempels van Rachelle Anne Miller genaamd Cute & Cuddly Christmas.

Cut a Smooth White base card, a smaller Sno Cone rectangle and added some snow using the Snowfal Stencil. Heat set the sentiment on some Red Hot cardstock and trimmed it down to a banner.

Sneed een Smooth White basis kaart, sneed een Sno Cone rechthoek die kleiner was en bracht er met het Snowfal Stencil de sneeuwvlokken op aan. Heat emboste de tekst op Red Hot cardstock en sneed het tot een banner.

Stamped the image, colored it up using my Copic markers and die cut it using the Cute & Cuddly Die-Namics. Glued everything onto the card using foam tape. Stempelde de afbeelding, kleurde hem in met mijn Copic markers en stanste het uit met de Cute & Cuddly Die-Namics. Plakte alles op de kaart met foam tape.

My Favorite Things October Release Countdown Day 1

Hello all,

Today is the last day of the October release countdown of My Favorite Things and you know what that means right? Tommorow all the new products will be avaible! Did you decide on what you are going to get? Luckly you have one more night to think about it! Vandaag is de laatste dag van de oktober release countdown van My Favorite Things en je weet wat dat betekend! Morgen zullen alle nieuwe producten beschikbaar zijn. Heb je al besloten wat je zou willen hebben? Gelukkig kun je er nog een dag over nadenken!

High Five for the release almost being here! Today I made a more clean and simple card using the Chill Holiday together with the Inside & Out Christmas Greetings.

High Five voor de release die bijna hier is! Ik maakte een meer clean en simpel kaart met de Chill Holiday samen met de Inside & Out Christmas Greetings.

Cut a Summer Splash rectangle and inkblended the colors Summer Splash, Tropical Teal and Black Soot. Using the Radiating Rays stencil together with Tropical ink I made the rays. Splattered some white paint and adhered the rectangle onto a topfold Smooth White base card.

Sneed een Summer Splash rechthoek en inktblende de kleuren Summer Splash, Tropical Teal en Black Soot. Met het Radiating Rays stencil en Tropical Teal inkt maakte ik de stralen. Spetterde witte verf en plakte het op een Smooth White topfold basiskaart.

Using a black ink I stamped the sentiments on the front and the inside of the card. Cut a Smooth White border of snow using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics and adhered them onto the base.

Met een zwarte inkt stempelde ik beide teksten aan de voor en binnenzijde van de kaart. Stanste een strook sneeuw uit Smooth White met het Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics en plakte dit op de kaart.

Stamped the penguins, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the Chill Holiday Die-Namics. Adhered the penguins onto the card and it was all done. Stempelde de penguins, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Chill Holidays Die-namics. Plakte de penguins op de kaart en de kaart was klaar.

My Favorite Things October Release Countdown Day 2

Today we are inspiring you with the latest set by artist Yan called Holly Jolly Santa! It's a fun and playfull set with santa and a few of his reindeer. I decided on making a Clean and Simple card using this set.

Vandaag hoop ik je te kunnen inspireren met de nieuwste set van artiest Yan genaamd Holly Jolly Santa! Het is een leuke set met kerstmannen en een aantal rendieren. Met deze set besloot ik een Clean en Simple kaart te maken.

Cut a Smooth White rectangle and inkblended the Small Brick Wall stencil using Twisted Citron. Splattered some black paint and die cut a circle using the Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-Namics. Stamped some snowflakes using Mowed Lawn and adhered the panel onto a topfold Smooth White base card.

Sneed een Smooth White rechthoek en inktblende met het Small Brick Wall Stencil en Twisted Citron de muur. Spetterde zwarte verf en stanste een cirkel met de Inside & Out Stiched Circle STAX Die-Namics. Stempelde wat sneeuwvlokken met Mowed Lawn en plakte het geheel op een Smooth White topfold basiskaart.

Stamped the image, colored it uo using my Copic markers and cut it with my siccors. Heat set the sentiment and die cut it using the Essential Speech Bubble Die-Namics. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde hem in met mijn Copic marker en knipte hem uit. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en stanste het uit met de Essential Speech Bubble Die-Namics.

My Favorite Things October Release Countdown Day 3

 Hello all,

Welcome to day three of the October release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! So hop along for more beautiful inspiration by the team. Welkom bij dag drie van de oktober release countdown van My Favorite Things, we zijn halverwege! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

So we are half way and not done with inspiring you with new products! Today I made a card using the Tree-mendous Friends, and as you know by now I love to combine old with new so for today I also used the Merry Christmas Die-Namics.

We zijn halverwege de countdown en we zijn nog lang niet klaar met jullie inspireren! Voor vandaag maakte ik een kaart met de Tree-mendous Friends. En zoals jullie inmiddels van mij weten probeer ik oud met nieuw te mengen dus voor mijn kaart gebruikte ik ook de Merry Christmas Die-Namics.

Cut a Smooth White topfold card. Inkblended some Chipped Sapphire and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks on the top off the card and splattered white paint. On the bottom I made some snow hills using the Drifts & Hills stencil together with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide. Splattered the same color.

Sneed een Smooth White topfold kaart. Inktblende aan de bovenzijde Chipped Sapphire en Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inkt en spetterde witte verf. Op de onderkant maakte ik met het Drifts & Hills Stencil samen met Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide de sneeuwheuvels. Spetterde daarna met dezelfde kleur wat spetters.

Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the Tree-mendous Friends Die-Namics. Added them on to the card. Die cut the Merry Christmas Die-Namics 5 times out of white cardstock and the outline out of vellum. Adhered them together and onto the card. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Tree-mendous Friends Die-Namics. Stanste de Merry Christmas Die-Namics vijf keer uit wit cardstock en de outline uit vellum. Plakte alles op elkaar en op de kaart.

My Favorite Things October Release Countdown Day 4

 Hello all,

One day closer to the October release by My Favorite Things! Only four more days to go until the new release will be avaible! Dag 4 van de My Favorite Things oktober release countdown is hier, dat betekend dat het nu nog maar vier dagen duurt voordat de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar is!

Are you ready for some more Christmas inspiration? Today we are showcasing you some fun products! For my card I used the Cool Christmas Greetings together with the Snow Buddy Die-Namics and the playfull Colorful Christmas Paper Pad.

Zijn jullie klaar voor nog meer kerst inspiratie? Vandaag laten we verschillende leuke producten zien! Voor mijn kaart gebruikte ik de Cool Christmas Greetings samen met de Snow Buddy Die-Namics en het speelse Colorful Christmas Paper Pad.

Cut a topfold Smooth White base card and adhered some Patterend Paper onto it. Cut a Caribbean Sea and Smooth White rectangle and adhered them together. Inkblended some pink ink on the white rectangle. Using the First Snowfall stencil and white paste I added the snowflakes.

Sneed een Smooth White basis kaart en plakte er wat designpapier op. Sneed een Caribbean Sea en Smooth White rechthoek en plakte ze op elkaar. Inkblende wat roze inkt op de witte rechthoek en met het First Snowfall Stencil en witte pasta maakte ik de sneeuwvlokken.

Die cut the snowman out of Smooth White, Orange Zest, Limelight, Jalepeno Popper, Kraft, Black Licorice, Snow Cone and Blue Beyond cardstock. Assembled them together and adhered them on to the card. Heat set the sentiment on some black cardstock and die cut it into a banner. Stanste de sneeuwman uit Smooth White, Orange Zest, Limelight, Jalepeno Popper, Kraft, Black Licorice, Snow Cone en Blue Beyond cardstock. Plakte ze in elkaar en op de kaart. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en stanste het tot een banner.

My Favorite Things October Release Countdown Day 5

 Hello all,

It’s time for the My FavoriteThings October release countdown! During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on October 11th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: October 11th at 4:00 pm CET). Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things oktober release countdown! Nog 5 dagen en dan is de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar. Tijdens de countdown, laat het MFT Design Team verschillende projecten zien met alle nieuwe producten. De release zal verkrijgbaar zijn op 11 oktober om 10:00 am EST (in Nederland op 11 oktober om 16:00)

Today we kick off with the newest stamp by artist Stacey Yacula called Holiday Hello. I combined this set with the Sending Big Hugs Die-Namics and turned it into a traditional card.

Vandaag starten we de countdown met de nieuwste stempel van Stacey Yacula genaamd Holiday Hello. Ik combineerde deze stempel met de oudere Sending Big Hugs Die-namics en maakte er een traditionelere kerstkaart mee.

On a piece of Kraft cardstock I inkblended some white ink. Splattered some white paint and using the First Snowfall stencil and some white paste I made the snow. Die cut the Sending Bug Hugs Die-Namics out of red cardstock and inkblended half of the letters with a red ink and added some white lines using a white gelpen. Op een Kraft rechthoek inktblende ik witte inkt, spetterde witte verf en met witte structuurpasta en het First Snowfall Stencil maakte ik de achtergrond. Stanste de Sending Big Hugs Die-Namics uit rood cardstock en inktblende de helft van de letters met rode inkt. Voegde daarna wat witte gelpen details toe aan de letters.

Cut a border of snow using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics and adered them onto the kraft base. Adhered the whole panel onto a topfold Smooth White base card. Sneed een rand sneeuw met het Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics en plakte de op de Kraft basis. Plakte het geheel op een Smooth White topfold basiskaart.

Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the Holiday Hello Die-Namics. Adhered all the elements on the card using foam tape. Stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and trimmed it to a banner. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Holiday Hello Die-Namics. Plakte alle onderdelen op de kaart met foam tape. Stempelde de tekst en stanste het tot een banner.
