Sunny Studio Stamps - Jungle Vines Dies

 Hello all,

I'm back again with my weekly post for Sunny Studio Stamps. Today I hope to inspire you with a card that I made using the Jungle Vines Dies. Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse post voor Sunny Studio Stamps. Vandaag hoop ik jullie te inspireren met een kaart die ik maakte met de Jungle Vines snijmallen.

For my card I decided to create a Mothersday card. So I cut a white topfold cardbase and adhered a Kraft base rectangle on to it. Die cut the Frilly Frames Hexagon outer die out of white cardstock and cut a watercolor rectangle slightly smaller. Inkblended the background using Rustic Wilderness, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron. Added the hearts using a stencil and the same colors of ink.

Voor mijn kaart besloot ik een Moederdag kaart te maken. Sneed een witte topfold basis kaart en plakte hier een Kraft rechthoek op. Stanste de buitenste stans van de Frilly Frames Hexagon snijmal uit wit cardstock. Uit aquarelpapier sneed een iets kleinere rechthoek en beinkte dit met Rustic Wilderness, Mowed Lawn en Twisted Citron. Maakte de hartjes met een stencil en dezelfde kleuren inkt.

Out of Kraft and two different colors of green I die cut the Jungle Vines Dies. Inkblended the branch and leaves using Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Rustic Wilderness. Adhered them together and placed them on the top and bottom of the card. Heat set the sentiments out of the Afternoon Tea and Love Monkey stamps. Cut them by hand and with the matching Afternoon Tea dies.

Uit Kraft en twee verschillende kleuren groen cardstock stanste ik de Jungle Vines Dies. Inktblende the tak en bladeren met Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain en Rustic Wilderness. Plakte ze op elkaar en daarna aan de boven en onderzijde van de kaart. Heat emboste de teksten uit de Afternoon Tea en Love Monkey Stempels. Knipte ze daarna uit of stanste ze met de bijpassende Afternoon Tea snijmallen.

Stamped the images of Love Monkey, Fabulous Flamingo and Monkey Business stamps. Colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them by hand and the matching Monkey Business die cut. Stempelde de afbeeldingen van Love Monkey, Fabulous Flamingo en Monkey Business stempels. Kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte of stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Monkey Business snijmallen.

Double M Challenge - Mama Mia

Hallo allemaal,

Het is weer de tweede woensdag van de maand dat betekend dat ook deze maand een kaart gemaakt wordt voor de Double M Challenge. Marjolein en ik maken 1x in de maand een kaart met een thema. Voor deze maand was de opdracht; Mama Mia. Met deze kaart doe ik ook graag mee met de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by - Mayra. It's the second wednesday of the month wich means I have a Double M challenge card. Marjolein and I create a card each month with a theme. This month the challenge was to create a card with the theme; Mama Mia. With this card I would also like to join the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Inspired by - Myra

Voor mijn kaart was ik geinspireerd door onderstaande kaart van Mayra, ik vind al haar kaarten super! Met moederdag in gedachten vond ik de kleuren superleuk om te gebruiken en zo kwamen de nieuwe bloemen stempels en stansen meteen te pas!

My card was inspired by this card Mayra made, I love all the cards she creates! But with Mothersday in the back of my head I figured the colors where fun to use and this way I could also use my new floral dies and stamps.

Sneed een topfold witte kaart en plakte aan de voorzijde een kraft rechthoek. Stanste een geschupte witte rechthoek en sneed een iets smallere aquarel rechthoek. Beinkte deze met Distress inkten, spetterde water en bewerkte deze daarna met een stencil en dezelfde kleuren inkt.

Cut a white base card, added a kraft rectangle onto it. Die cut a white scallop rectangle, cut a slightly smaller watercolor rectangle. Inkblended it using Distress inks, splattered some water and added the hearts using a mask and the same colors of ink.

Stanste een rand gras, beinkte deze en plakte alles op de kaart. Stanste de letters voor het woord "mom" en heat emboste de andere tekst op een stuk vellum. Stanste de onderdelen van de bloemen 5x en kleurde de bladeren van de bloemen met Copic markers. Maakte ze compleet en plakte ze op de kaart.

Die cut a border of grass, inked it up and die cut all the elements on the card. Die cut the letters for the word "mom" out of yellow cardstock and heat set the other sentiment on some vellum. Die cut the elements for the flower 5x and colored the leaves of the flowers using my Copic markers. Assembled the flowers and added all the elements on to the card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen en kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers. Knipte ze daarna uit en plakte alles op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers. Cut them by hand and added all the images on to the card.

Triple M Challenge - Mama jij bent BIJ-zonder

Hallo allemaal,

Het is weer de eerste maandag van de maand dat betekend weer dat ik een kaart heb die ik maakte voor de Triple M opdracht. Marjolein, Mirande en ik maken 1x in de maand een kaart met een thema en opdracht. Voor deze maand was de opdracht een moederdag kaart met schudgedeelte. It's the first monday of the month wich means I have a triple M challenge card. Marjolein, Mirande and I create a card each month with a theme and a extra challenge. This month the challenge was to create a mothersday card with a shaker part.

Voor de achtergrond inktblende ik drie kleuren distress inkt, spetterde water en plakte het op een witte basiskaart. Stanste de bijenkorf uit wit cardstock en beinkte deze ook. Op een stuk aquarelpapier inktblende ik een honinggraad patroon. Plakte een stuk acetate achter de bijenkorf, vulde het met shakermateriaal en plakte het dicht.

For the background I inkblended three colors of Distress inks, splattered some water and adhered it onto a topfold white base card. Die cut the beehive out of white cardstock and inked it up. On some watercolor paper I inkblended the honeycomb pattern. Adhered a piece of acetate behind the beehive, filled the shaker and closed it.

Stanste alle takjes, bloemen en blaadjes. Beinkte deze met inkten en plakte ze op de kaart. Voordat ik alles opplakte stempelde ik alle stippellijnen.

Die cut the branches, leaves and flowers. Inked them up and added them on to the card. Before doing so, I stamped the dotted lines on the background first.

Stempelde de teksten (ja inderdaad toen de bijenkorf er al op geplakt zat...) en stanste zonder uit met een kleine tag stans. Stanste de "Bij" bewerkte de bovenzijde met mijn Copic markers en daarna met Glossy Accents.

Stamped the sentiments (yes the one on the hive I did after I added it to the card..) and die cut the seperate sentiment using a small tag. Die cut the "Bee" added some Copic coloring to the top part and added some Glossy Accents.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en knipte of stanste ze uit. Bewerkte het kroontje met gouden glitters en plakte de afbeeldingen op de kaart. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them by hand or with the matching dies. Added some golden glitter on to the crown before adding them on the card.

My Favorite Things April Release - 4 Days Until the New Release

It’s time for the My FavoriteThings April release countdown! During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on April 30th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: April 30th at 4:00 pm CET). Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things april release countdown! Nog 4 dagen en dan is de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar. Tijdens de countdown, laat het MFT Design Team verschillende projecten zien met alle nieuwe producten. De release zal verkrijgbaar zijn op 30 april om 10:00 am EST (in Nederland op 30 april om 16:00).

Yay for another release! For today the designteam is showcasing the new stamp by artist Stacey Yacula called Next to You.

Ja weer een nieuwe release! Vandaag laat het designteam de nieuwe stempel van artiest Stacey Yacula genaamd Next to You.

Cut a topfold white base card and adhered a piece of the Orange Sherbet Paper pad on to it. Cut a Grape Jelly rectangle onto that went another white rectangle and onto that a rectangle wich I inkblended using Spun Sugar and Kitsch Flamingo. Cut a piece of Grass and inkblended it using Mowed Lawn. 

Sneed een witte basiskaart en plakte hier een stuk van het Orange Sherbet Design Papier op. Sneed een Grape Jelly recthhoek, hier ging een witte rechthoek op en daarop een rechthoek die ik beinkte met Spun Sugar en Kitsch Flamingo. Stanste een stuk gras en beinkte dit met Mowed Lawn.

Stamped all the images, cut them using the matching Next to You Die-Namics and adhered them on the card. Cut "mom" using the In Stitches Alphabet Die-Namics. and added some white gelpen details to it. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn copics en stanste ze uit met de bijpassen Next to You Die-Namics. Plakte ze op de kaart en stanste het woord "mom" met de In Stitches Alphabet Die-Namics, bewerkte deze met een witte gelpen.
