Sunny Studio Stamps - Bundle of Joy

Hello all,

I'm back again with my weekly post for Sunny Studio Stamps. Today I hope to inspire you with a card that I made using the Bundle of Joy. Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse post voor Sunny Studio Stamps. Vandaag hoop ik jullie te inspireren met een kaart die ik maakte met de Bundle of Joy.

If it comes to baby card's I love to create them in a pair if I decided to create a pink/blue version. So for this card I cut 2 white topfold base card. For the front of both cards I used a piece of pattern paper out of the Gingham Pastels Paper. Die cut two panels using the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace. 

Als het op baby kaarten aankomt dan vind ik het leuk om ze in een paar te maken, wanneer ik besluit in een roze/blauwe baby kaart te maken. Voor mijn kaarten deze keer sneed ik een topfold witte basis kaart. Plakte op beide voorkanten een stuk designpapier uit het Gingham Pastels Paper. Stanste twee witte rechthoeken met de Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace snijmal.

Cut a blue and pink rectangle. Two white rectangles slightly smaller. Masked of the bottom and inkblended both using Tumbled Glass and Spun Sugar Distress ink. Using a mask and the same ink colors I added the hearts. For some extra bling I added a hotfoil "baby sentiment".

Sneed een roze en blauwe rechthoek, twee witte rechthoeken net wat kleiner. Maskeerde de onderkant van de witte rechthoeken en inktblende deze met Tumbled Glass en Spun Sugar Distress inkt. Met een stencil en dezelfde kleuren inkt, inktblende ik de hartjes. Voor wat extra bling voegde ik een hotfoil "baby" tekst toe.

Stamped the images using the Bundle of Joy stamps, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Bundle of Joy dies. Stamped the welcome sentiment directly on to the card. The boy and girl sentiment out of the Baby Elephant stamp I stamped on the image of the stork. Stempelde de afbeeldigen uit de Bundle of Joy Stempels, kleurde deze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze daarna uit met de bijpassende Bundle of Joy snijmallen. Stempelde de tekst welkom direct op de kaart. De boy/girl tekst van de Baby Elephant stempelset stempelde ik op de zak van de ooievaar.

Sunny Studio Stamps - Sydney Alphabet

I'm back again with my weekly post for Sunny Studio Stamps. Today I hope to inspire you with a card that I made using the Sydney Alphabet Dies. Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse post voor Sunny Studio Stamps. Vandaag hoop ik jullie te inspireren met een kaart die ik maakte met de Sydney Alphabet Dies.

For my card I cut a A2 seize sidefold base card. Added a Kraft rectangle on to it. Cut a smaller white rectangle and a slightly smaller watercolor panel. Inkblended some Cracked Pistashio and Peacock Feathers onto it and splattered some water. Sneed een Amerikaanse maat A2 zijfold basiskaart. Plakte er een Kraft rechthoek op. Sneed een witte rechthoek een slag kleiner, nog een slag kleiner een stuk aquarel papier dat ik beinkte met Cracked Pistashio en Peacock Feathers en bespetterde het met water.

Cut a strip of grass using a green cardstock and inkblended it using Mowed Lawn. Out of the water color panel I die cut the heart. Glued the heart on the base card, the pouch on to the watercolor panel and filled it with shaker material. Stanste een stuk gras en bewerkte dit met Mowed Lawn. Stanste het hart uit de beinkte rechthoek en plakte dit op de basiskaart. Plakte de pouch vast aan de achtergrond en vulde de shaker voordat ik het dichtplakte.

Heat set the word "Welcome" out of the Baby Elephant stamp on to some kraft cardstock and die cut it to a banner. Die cut the baby's name out of white cardstock using Sydney Alphabet Dies and adhered them on to the heart pouch.

Heat emboste het woord "Welcome" uit de Baby Elephant stempel op kraft cardstock en stanste het tot een banner. Stanste de baby zijn naam met wit cardstock met het Sydney Alphabet Stansen en plakte beide op het hart.

Stamped all the images out of Foxy friends and Little Birdie. Colored them up using my Copic markers. Die cut the with the matching Foxy friends and Little Birdie dies. Adhered all the elements on to the card to finish it of. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen van de Foxy Friends en Little Birdie stempels. Kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers. Stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Foxy Friends en Little Birdie Stansen. Plakte alle onderdelen op de kaart op de kaart compleet te maken.

Double M Challenge - Een nieuw begin

Hallo allemaal,

Het is weer de eerste woensdag van de maand dat betekend dat ook dit jaar maandelijks een kaart gemaakt wordt voor de Double M Challenge. Marjolein en ik maken 1x in de maand een kaart met een thema en opdracht. Voor deze maand was de opdracht; Een nieuw begin. Ik verwerkte de opdracht twee keer, een nieuwjaar en een baby op komst. Met deze kaart doe ik ook graag mee met de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Let's Celebrate. It's the first wednesday of the month wich means I have a Double M challenge card. Marjolein and I create a card each month with a theme. This month the challenge was to create a card with the theme; A new start. I used the theme twice a New Year and a new baby. With this card I would also like to join the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Let's Celebrate.

Op een rechthoek inktblende ik Broken China, Chipped Sapphire en Black soot en bespetterde dit met water en witte verf. Heat emboste daarna het vuurwerk met goud embossing poeder. Stanste de achtergrond stans 2x, een maal uit zwart cardstock en 1x uit Kraft cardstock, beinkte het met Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain en Black Soot voordat ik het op de kaart plakte.

On to a rectangle I inkblended Broken China, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. Splattered some water and white paint. Heat set the fireworks using gold embossing powder. Die cut the backdrop twice, once out of black cardstock and once out of kraft cardstock. Inked up the Kraft piece using Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain and Black Soot before adding it on to the card. 

Stanste het woord Cheers 1x uit goud glitter cardstock en 3x uit zwart cardstock. Plakte deze op elkaar en in het midden van de kaart. Heat emboste de andere tekst op wit cardstock en stanste deze tot een banner.

Die cut the word Cheers once out of Gold glitter cardstock and three times out of black cardstock. Adhered them together and on to the card. Heat set the other sentiment on some white cardstock and die cut it to a small banner.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde deze in en knipte ze uit. Bewerkte de ooievaar door wat zwart veren toe te voegen voordat ik de afbeelding inkleurde. Stempelde een rood hart op de buik van één van de kangaroos. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them. Added some details to the stork before coloring it up. Stamped a small red heart on to the belly of one of the kangaroos.

Triple M Challenge - Een Kleine ER-BIJ

Hallo allemaal,

Het is weer de eerste maandag van de maand dat betekend weer dat ik een kaart heb die ik maakte voor de Triple M opdracht. Marjolein, Mirande en ik maken 1x in de maand een kaart met een thema en opdracht. Voor deze maand was de opdracht een "fleurige" baby kaart. It's the first monday of the month wich means I have a triple M challenge card. Marjolein, Mirande and I create a 1 card each month with a theme and a extra challenge. This month the challenge was to create a "floral" baby card.

Sneed een witte topfold basis kaart, een rechthoek een slag kleiner en nog een slag kleiner een stuk aquarel papier. Beinkte dit met Cracked Pistashio en Peacock Feathers, spetterde water en plakte het op de basis.

Cut a white topfold card, a slightly smaller yellow rectangle and another slightly smaller rectangle out of watercolor paper. Inked up the watercolor paper using Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistashio, splattered some water and adhered it to the base card.

Stanste het gras en beinkte de bovenzijde met Mowed Lawn. Stanste het woord bij uit geel cardstock, heat emboste "er" op zwart cardstock en plakte het op de kaart. Stempelde de andere twee teksten er boven en onder.

Die cut the grass and inked up the top of the grass using Mowed Lawn. Die cut the word "bij" out of yellow cardstock en heat set the word "er" on to black cardstock and adhered it on to the card. Stamped the other sentiments above and under the die cut sentiments.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste of knipte ze uit. Bewerkte de vleugels met wat wink of stella glitter en stempelde als laatste de stippel lijnen. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using my siccors or matching dies. Added some clear wink of stella on to the wings and finished off by adding some dotted lines.

Have a Special 2025

Hallo Allemaal,

Vandaag een kaart die ik maakte voor de lopende Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Happy new year photo inspiration. Voor een stel vrienden die net weten dat ze in 2025 ouders worden maakte ik onderstaande kaart in combinatie met het nieuwjaars thema. Today a card that I created for the running Lawnfawnatics Challenge; Happy new year photo inspiration. A befriended couple just found out the are expecting a baby, to create a special card for them I combined the baby and new year's theme into one card.

Sneed zwart en witte stroken cardstock van 1/4 inch en goud glitter stroken van 1/8 inch. Plakte deze om en om op een witte topfold kaart. Sneed een zwart stuk cardstock, maskeerde de onderzijde en bewerkte de bovenzijde met een stenen stencil en witte inkt. Bespetterde het daarna met water, witte en gouden verf.

Cut black and white 1/4 inch strips and 1/8 inch gold sparkle cardstock. Adhered them onto a topfold white base card. Cut a piece of black cardstock and inked up some bricks using a white ink. Splattered some water, white and gold paint.

Stanste de voorzijde van het muizenhol uit het paneel, beinkte de onderzijde met witte inkte en plakte een strook wit papier op voor de "plint". Heat emboste alle teksten en de wasknijpers op zwart cardstock en stanste of knipte deze uit. Heat emboste op de rompers "2025" en maakte een waslijn met de wasknijpers en zwart twine. Die cut the front of the micehole, inked up the bottom and adhered a strip of white cardstock that is the skirting board. Heat set alle the sentiments and the clothespins onto black cardstock and cut them. Heat set the rompers with "2025" and adhered them into a laundry line using the clothespins.

Sneed een stuk zwart cardstock voor achter de muizen, ik wilde hier een soort van disco thema maken. Heat emboste daarom de gouden stralen voor de disco bal en bracht wat roze/ blauwe (hoe toepasselijk ;)) stralen aan voordat ik het op de basiskaart plakte. Cut a piece of black cardstock for behind the mice. I wanted to create a disco background. So I heat set the golden beams for the discoball and added some pink and blue (how fitting fo the baby theme) beams and adhered the panel to the base card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, bewerkte de ufo tot een discobal en kleurde daarna alle afbeeldingen in en knipte ze uit met een schaar. Gewerkte alle goudkleurige afbeeldingen met een witte gelpen. Stamped all the images, added some lines to the ufo to create the discoball and colored up all the images. Cut them and added some white gelpen details to the gold colored images to make them "sparkle".

My Favorite Things MArch Release - 2 Days Until the New Release

Today we are showcasing the new stamp en dies by artist Stacey Yacula and Yuzu! I created a baby card using the Ear for You Bundle.

Vandaag laten we de nieuwste producten zien van artiest Stacey Yacula en Yuzu! Ik maakte een baby kaart voor Lea met de Ear for You Bundle.

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card and adhered a panel of Cotton Candy onto it. Die cut the Birch Tree Forest Cover-Up Die-Namics out of Kraft cardstock. On some Smooth White I inkblended some clouds using Salty Ocean and adhered that behind the trees. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart en plakte hier een stuk Cotton Candy cardstock op. Stanste de Birch Tree Forest Cover-Up Die-Namics uit Kraft cardstock. Op een Smooth White recthoek maakte ik de wolken met een stencil en Salty Ocean en plakte het achter de bomen.

Out of Kraft, Sour Apple, Jalepeno Popper and Smooth White I die cut the water, sand, bushes and leave deck. Inkblended the Smooth White panel using Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feathers. Glued everythign on to the panel and added some white gelpen details. Uit Kraft, Sour Apple, Jalepeno Popper en Smooth White stanste ik het water, zand, struiken en het bladerendek. Inktblende het water met Tumbled Glass en Peacock Feathers. Plakte alles op de kaart en bracht wat witte gelpen details aan.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Ear for You Die-Namics. Cut the name out of Cotton Candy, heat set the sentiment on some vellum and die cut it into a banner. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Ear for You Die-Namics. Stanste de naam uit Cotton Candy, heat emboste de tekst op vellum en stanste het uit tot een banner.

My Favorite Things February Release - Release Day

It’s time for the My Favorite Things February product launch! All new products are available right now! The MFT design team is sharing projects created with the new stuff. You can find loads of inspiration! Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things februari product lancering. Alle nieuwe producten zijn vanaf nu verkrijgbaar! Het MFT design team deelt ook vandaag weer een lading aan inspiratie. 

For today's inspiration I used the Headed for the Stars Stamp & Die Duo to create a baby card.

Voor mijn inspiratie van vandaag, gebruikte ik de Headed for the Stars Stamp & Die Duo om een baby kaart te maken.

Cut a white topfold base card added a piece of pattern paper out of the Joyful Plaid Paper Pad. Cut a Kraft rectangle and a white rectangle slightly smaller. Inked up the white rectangle using Peacock Feathers and the Cloud Stencil. Stamp the sentiment out of the All-Occasion Scripted Greetings. 

Sneed een witte basiskaart en beplakte dit met een stuk designpapier uit het Joyful Plaid Paper Pad. Sneed een Kraft rechthoek en een witte rechthoek iets kleiner. Beinkte de witte rechthoek met Peacock Feathers en het Cloud Stencil. Stempelde de tekst uit de All-Occasion Scrpited Greetings stempel op de rechthoek.

Stamped the images, colored them up and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Adhered everything together and onto eachother. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze daarna uit met de bijpassende Die-Namcis. Plakte alles op elkaar en op de kaart.

My Favorite Things February Release - 2 Days Until the New Release

Welcome to day three of the February release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

Today the designteam is showcasing two adorable baby sets. For my card I used the Happiness Comes in Very Small Packages Stamp & Die Duo together with the Stitched Rounded Hexagon STAX Die-Namics.

Vandaag laat het designteam twee hele leuke baby sets zien. Voor mijn kaart gebruikte ik de Happiness Comes in Very Small Packages Stamp & Die Duo samen met de Stitched Rounded Hexagon STAX Die-Namics.

Cut a White topfold base card, out of Grapesicle cardstock I cut the scalloped border. Cut a kraft rectangle and a smaller watercolor rectangle, inkblended it using Peacock Feathers Distress inks. Die cut a Grapesicle hexagon and inkblended it using the same color of ink. Sneed een witte topfold basiskaart, uit Grapesicle cardstock stanste ik een geschupte rechthoek. Sneed een Kraft rechthoek, een iets kleinere rechthoek uit aquarel papier en beinkte dit met Peacock Feathers Distress inkt. Stanste uit Grapesicle een hexagon en beinkte dit met dezelfde kleur inkt.

Die cut the Tall Grass Die-Namics and a strip using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics out of Limelight and inkblended it using Mowed Lawn Distress ink. Heat set the sentiment on some Kraft cardstock and cut it using the It's a Banner Day Die-Namics. Inkblended it using Walnut Stain Distress ink and finished off by adding some white gel pen details. Stanste de Tall Grass Die-Namics en een Strook met de Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics uit de kleur Limelight en beinkte dit met Mowed Lawn Distress inkt. Heat emboste de tekst op Kraft cardstock en stanste het daarna uit met It's a Banner Day Die-Namics. Beinkte het met Walnut Stain Distress inkt en werkte het af met witte gel pen details.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Added some white gel pen details to some of them before adding them on to the card. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Voegde een aantal witte gel pen details toe voordat ik ze op de kaart plakte.

Studio Light - Leuke "kerst" Post

Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een hele speciale kerstkaart. Voor mijn beste vriendin maakte ik als kerstkaart onderstaande kaart en wel met een hele bijzondere reden; wij verwachten namelijk een kindje! Toen ik deze kaart maakte wisten we het nog maar net, daarom maakte ik als verassing voor haar deze kaart. 

De basis is een witte topfold kaart, ik beplakte deze met 1/4 inch strips van rood, groen en wit cardstock. Stanste de rechthoek en beinkte dit met inkt. Bewerkte het daarna met een stencil en stanste het sneeuw uit.

Maakte zelf de postzegel uit wit cardstock en bestempelde het met rode en groene inkt. Plakte het op de achtergrond en stempelde de andere stempels. Heat emboste de tekst op groen cardstock en stanste het uit. Stempelde de andere tekst op wit cardstock en het sneeuw. Stanste de rode tekst uit en plakte het op de kaart.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen of knipte ze uit.

Naast de kaart van zondag vroeg de zus van mijn collega of ik ook een kaart kon maken voor haar ouders. De enige opdracht die ik mee kreeg was om er een tractor op te verwerken. Nou had ik toch net de tractor van Lawn Fawn gekocht kon ik deze meteen gebruiken. Beside the card that I showed you on sunday, my colleague's sister also asked me to create a card for there parents. The only restriction I had was to use a tractor, I both the new set by Lawn Fawn a few weeks back that was not a problem!

De basis is een witte topfold kaart beinkte de bovenzijde met Tumbled Glass en Salty Ocean met een wolken stencil. Stanste de hekwerken en beide grasvelden. Voordat ik ze stanste beinkte ik het met Mowed Lawn en Twisted Citron en bespetterde het met water. Sneed een strook kraft en bewerkte dit met Vintage Photo. plakte daarna de scene op de kaart.

The base of the card is a white card. Inked up the top using Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean using a cloud stencil. Die cut the fences and both grass pieces. Before die cutting I inked up some Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron. Cut a strip of kraft cardstock added some Vintage Photo and assembled the scene.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen en onderdelen, kleurde ze met mijn Copic markers en knipte alles uit. Bestempelde de rompers met de tekst opa en oma en plakte daarna alle onderdelen op de kaart.

Stamped all the images and elements, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them. Stamped the sentiments on to the onesies and adhered all the elements on to the card.

Stanste de outline uit Cotton Candy beinkte dit met Picked Raspberry. Stanste "hoera" uit wit cardstock en beinkte dit met Spun Sugar. Plakte ze op elkaar en stempelde de andere tekst met Cotton Candy, stanste het tot een banner en plakte beide op de kaart. Out of Cotton Candy I cut the outline and inked it up using Picked Raspberry. Die cut "Hoera" out of white cardstock and inked it up using Spun Sugar. Adhered them together and stamped the other sentiments on some white cardstock using Cotton Candy ink. Die cut it using a die and adhered them on the card.
