My Favorite Things - Wednesday Sketch Challenge #622

 Hello all!

Today I am back again with a new Sketch Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week I decided to make aClean and Simple card. Vandaag ben ik er weer met een nieuwe schets challenge van My Favorite Things. Deze keer maakte ik een Clean en Simpel kaart

For this week sketch I decided to only swap around the shapes, so instead of the rectangle's I used the Stackable Snowflakes Die-Namics to fill in for that shape.

Deze week veranderde ik alleen de vorm van de rechthoeken in de vorm van de sneeuwvlokken door ze te vervangen met de Stackable Snowflakes Die-Namics. 

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card. Die cut the Stackable Snowflakes Die-Namics out of Smooth White also and glued them together. Adhered them onto the base card using foam tape. And trimmed off the acces from the top one.

Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart. Stanste de Stackable Snowflakes Die-Namics uit Smooth White en plakte ze op elkaar. Plakte ze daarna op de kaart met foam tape en knipte het overhangende aan de bovenkant af.

Heat set the sentiment out of the Itty Bitty Holiday on Kraft cardstock and die cut it using the Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics. Finished off the card adding some wooden stars. Heat emboste de tekst uit de Itty Bitty Holiday op Kraft cardstock en stanste het daarna uit met de Itty Bitty Strips Die-Namics. Werkte de kaart af door wat houten sterren toe te voegen.

My Favorite Things - Christmas Cash Card Kit Release

Yesterday I explained this Card Kit is comming with a few Add-on products. For my inspiration for today's release I made a birthday project using the Birthday Cash stamp and the Birthday Basics Die-Namics.

Gisteren vertelde ik al dat de Card Kit met een aantal Addon producten komt. Voor mijn inspiratie voor vandaag maakte ik een verjaardag project met de Birthday Cash stempel en de Birthday Basics Die-Namics.

Out of Smooth White cardstock I die cut the Money Card Die-Namics, die cut the Lip Balm rectangle and the whole in the top of the card. Stamped the sentiment directly onto it using a black ink. Die cut the bottom part out of the Rainbow Love Paper Pad. Uit Smooth White cardstock stanste ik de Money Card Die-Namics, met de Lip Balm rechthoek en het gat aan de bovenkant stanste ik eruit. Stempelde de tekst met zwarte inkt rechtstreeks op de kaart. Stanste het onderste strookje uit de Rainbow Love Paper Pad.

Masked of the bottom part of the card and inked up some Salty Ocean. Stamped the currency at the top using the Price Tag stamp. Maskeerde de onderkant en inktblende wat Salty Ocean. Stempelde het bedrag met de Price Tag stempel op de kaart.

Die cut all the elements of the cupcakes that comes with the Birthday Basics Die-Namics. Inked up the cake, colored the cream using my Copics and assembled them together. Glued them onto the card, glued the Lip Balm Pouch on the back filled it with the money and closed it. Stanste alle onderdelen van de cupcapes uit de Birthday Basics Die-Namics, inkte de cake en kleurde de slagroom met mijn Copics. Plakte ze in elkaar en op de basis. Plakte de Lip Balm Pouch op de achterkantvan de kaart, vulde de pouch met geld en maakte hem dicht.

My Favorite Things - Christmas Cash Card Kit Countdown day 1

Hello all,

One more day to go and then all the November Card Kit products by My Favorite Things will be for sale! So set your alarm clocks and make sure you are on time! Nog een dag te gaan en dan zijn de November Card Kit producten van My Favorite Things verkrijgbaar! Dus zet je wekker en zorg dat je niet te laat bent!

So beside the Christmas Kit, My Favorite Things is also releasing a couple of themed add-ons to this Card Kit. One of them is the Tooth Fairy Addon. It comes with a stamp and matching Die-Namics.

Naast de kerst Kit komt er met deze release ook een aantal thema add-ons voor deze Card Kit. Een daarvan is de Tooth Fairy Addon. Je kunt dan een matchende Die-Namics en stempel extra aankopen.

Inkblended Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet on some paper and die cut  it using the Money Card Die-Namics. Splattered some water and die cut the Lip Balm die out of it. Adhered the Lip Balm Pouch on the back of the card. Inktblende Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry en Wilted Violet en stanste het daarna uit met de Money Card Die-Namics. Spetterde water en stanste het Lip Balm stuk eruit. Plakte een Lip Balm Pouch aan de achterzijde van de kaart.

Out of Smooth White I die cut a cloud, inkblended it with Spun Sugar and Stamped the sentiment out of the Tooth Fairy Wishes stamp. Adhered it to the back using foam tape. Die cut all the elements of the Tooth Fairy out of different colors of cardstock and the Tooth Fairy Die-Namics. Uit Smooth White stanste ik een wolk, inktblende Spun Sugar en stempelde de tekst uit de Tooth Fairy Wishes stempel. Plakte het op de kaart met foam tape. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Tooth Fairy met verschillende kleuren cardstock en de Tooth Fairy Die-Namics.

Assembled the Tooth Fairy and adhered it to the base. Heat set the sentiments out of the Tooth Fairy Wishes and Price Tag stamp on some Poppin' Pink and die cut it using the elements. Adhered everything to the base. Finished the base of adding some gold sparkle stars. Maakte de Tooth Fairy klaar en plakte het op de basis. Heat emboste de teksten uit de Tooth Fairy Wishes en Price Tag stempel op Poppin' Pink en stanste het uit met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alles op de kaart en werkte het geheel af met wat gouden sterren.

Cut the Money Card Die-Namics out of Blue Beyond cardstock. Die cut the lipbalm pocket out of it. Cut the outline out of Wilde Cherry. Heat set the sentiment out of the Christmas Cash stamp on to the base. Sneed the Money Card Die-Namics uit Blue Beyond cardstock. Stanste de lipbalm pocket eruit en de outline met Wild Cherry. Heat emboste de tekst uit de Christmas Cash stempel op de basis.

Die cut the hole on the top and assembled the money into the pouch. Heat set the dollar amount using the Price Tag stamp on some Wild Cherry and die cut it. Stanste het gat boven eruit en plakte de geld pocket in elkaar. Heat emboste het geldbedrag met de Price Tag stempel op Wild Cherry en stanste het uit.

Masked off the bottom of the tag and inkblended some white ink. Splattered some white paint and stamped the images. Colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Maskeerde de onderkant en inktblende witte inkt. Spetterde witte verf en stempelde de afbeeldingen. Kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics.

Studio Light - Toadally my Valentine

 Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de aankomende nieuwe Sweet Stories producten een valentijn shaker kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a slimline shaker card with the upcomming new Sweet Stories products.

Inktblende een rechthoek met Salty Ocean en Bleuprint Sketch Distress Oxide inkt. Spetterde water en stanste het uit met de slimline stans. Plakte acetate achter de geinkte achtergrond, vulde de shaker en plakte hem dicht.

Inktblended a rectangle using Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide ink. Splattered some water and cut it using the slimline dies. Adhered actetate on the back off the inked background and closed the shaker.

Plakte het geheel op een sidefold basiskaart. Heat emboste de teksten op roze cardstock en stanste en knipte ze uit.

Adhered the shaker element on a side fold Smooth White basecard. Heat set the sentiments on some pink cardstock and cut it by hand or with a die.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alles op de kaart met lijm of foamtape. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the matching dies. Glued everything onto the card using glue or foamtape.

Studio Light - Merry Christmas

Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een kerstkaart met lampjes. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a slimline Christmas card with Lights using the Sweet Stories products.
Maakte als eerste de achtergrond, met het bergen Mask en Weatherd Wood maakte ik de bergen. Maskeerde de bergen en maakte de lucht met Broken China, Chipped Sapphire en Black Soot. Spetterde water en witte verf en bepaalde waar ik de lampjes wilde hebben. Prikte een gaatje en plakte de lampen aan de achterzijde.

First I made the background, using the mountain mask and Weather Wood I made the moutains. After the sky was done I added the structure paste on the top off the mountains. Inkblended the sky using Broken China, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot. Splattered some water and white paint and decided were I wanted the lights. Made some small holes and adhered the lights on the back of the panel.

Met een witte gelpen maakte ik zelf nog wat sterren, ook van de gaatjes van de lampjes maakte ik met een witte gelpen een ster. Stanste de bomen rand uit Kraft, Groen en Wit cardstock twee keer. Maakte het tot een geheel en inkte de sneeuw met Tumbled Glass. Plakte het op de kaart met foam tape.

With a white gelpen I added some stars, the wholes of the lights I turned also into a star using a white gelpen. Die cut the tree border out of Green, Kraft and White twices and assembled them. Before assembling I inkblended the snow with Tumbled Glass. Adhered the card on the base using foam tape.

Stempelde de tekst "press here" waar de schakelaar zit. Heat emboste de tekst op zwart cardstock en stanste het uit. Op een stuk wit cardstock plakte ik rode en witte stroken papier en stanste deze uit. Stanste de stans nog een keer uit wit cardstock en rilde dit op 1 cm. Plakte de op de rilrand op elkaar en dit was de basiskaart. Stamped the sentiment "press here" were the switch of the light is glued on. On a piece of white cardstock I glued some red and white strips and die cut it using the die. Die cut the die again off white cardstock, scored at 1 cm and glued the together on the smallest scored part. This way it turned into a base card.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alles op de kaart en de kaart was helemaal klaar. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the matching dies. Glued everything onto the card and it was all done!

Studio Light - Sweet Christmas Wishes

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een kerst shaker kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a slimline shaker card with the Sweet Stories products.

Ik maakte de achtergrond als eerste. Sneed een rechthoek en inktblende Spun sugar en Worn Lipstick. Met een mask en structuurpasta maakte ik de sneeuwvlokken. Schoof de achtergrond in een Avery Elle pocket. Vulde hem met shakermateriaal en plakte hem dicht en op een topfold Smooth White basiskaart.

First I made the background, cut a rectangle and inkblended Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick. Using a mask and structure paste I made the snowflakes. Insert the background into an Avery Elle Pocket and filled it up using shakermaterial. Closed the pocket and adhered it onto a topfold Smooth White basecard.

Sneed een stuk sneeuw, inktblende dit met Tumbled Glass en plakte dit op de kaart. Stanste de snoepjes uit verschillende kleuren cardstock en maakte het tot een geheel. Bracht hier en daar wat witte gelpen details aan. 

Cut a piece of snow, inkblended some Tumbled Glass and adhered it onto the card. Die cut the candy out of different colors of cardstock en made them into complete ones. Give some off them some extra details using a white gelpen.

Heat emboste de gingerbread poppetjes en het woord Christmas op Kraft cardstock. Inktblende dit met Ground Espresso en Vintage Photo. Spetterde wat Ground Espresso en knipte of stanste het uit. Heat emboste de tekst op roze cardstock en knipte uit. Stempelde de andere tekst met roze inkt en stanste het uit. Plakte daarna alles op de kaart. Heat set the gingerbread man and Christmas on some Kraft. Inkblended them using Vintage Photo and Grouns Espresso. Splattered some Ground Espresso and cut of die cut them. Heat set the sentiment on some pink cardstock and cut it. Stamped the sentiment with pink ink on white cardstock and die cut it. Adhered eveything on the card with glue or foamtape.

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik met de Sweet Stories producten een kerst shaker kaart. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I decided on making a slimline shaker card with the Sweet Stories products.

Ik maakte eerst de achtergrond, met het bergen stencil en de kleuren Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar en Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide inkt. Maakte het sneeuw met structuur pasta, in de lucht maakte ik met een ander stencil en structuur pasta de sneeuw in de lucht.

First off I made the background, using the mountain stencil and the colors Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide inks. Added the snow to the mountains with structure paste. In the air I added some snow using a mask and some structure paste.

Stanste uit de geinkte achtergrond de cirkels. Plakte de pouches aan de achterkant. Vulde ze met shakermateriaal en plakte het dicht. Stanste sneeuw uit wit cardstock en plakte het op de kaart. Stanste wat snoepjes uit gekleurd cardstock, inkte deze en bewerkte ze met een witte gelpen.

Die cu tthe circles out of the inked background. Adhered the blisters to the back. Filled up the shakers and closed the shakers. Die cut the snow out of white cardstock, adhered it ot the panel. Out of colored cardstock I die cut the candy, inked them up and added some details using a white gelpen.

Heat emboste de bomen, de gingerbread poppetjes en de tekst op Kraft cardstock. Bewerkte alles met Vintage photo en Ground Espresso Distress Oxide inkt en plakte het op de kaart.

Heat set the trees, gingerbread men and the sentiment on some Kraft cardstock. Inked up all the images using Vintage Photo and Ground Espresso Distress Oxide ink and adhered it to the base.

Sneed een Kraft stuk cardstock een slag groter dan de kaart. Een dubbele witte basiskaart en plakte hier het designpapier op en het geheel op de kaart. Cut a piece of Kraft slightly larger then the base and adhered them together. Cut a topfold Smooth White basecard and adhered some pattern paper onto it.

 Hello all!

Today I am back again with a new Sketch Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week I decided to make another card using the Beast Friends . Vandaag ben ik er weer met een nieuwe schets challenge van My Favorite Things. Deze week maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe Beast Friends.

So for this week sketch I did not swap around alot and stayed kinda true to the sketch, I just added a sentiment to it.

Voor de schets van deze week veranderde ik niets en bleef trouw aan de schets. Ik voegde alleen een sentiment toe.

Cut a Smooth White topfold cardbase, a Cement Gray rectangle slightly smaller and stamped the Snowflake Flurry Background onto it using Versamark ink. Die cut the Heart Rays Die-Namics out of Summer Splash and trimmed of a bit to match the sketch. Inked up the sides with a white ink and heat set the snowflakes.

Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart, een Cement Gray recthhoek net iets kleiner en stempelde hierop de Snowflake Flurry Background met Versamark ink. Stanste de Heart Rays Die-Namics uit Summer Splash cardstock en sneed er een stuk af zodat hij klopte met de schets. Inkte de zijkanten met witte inkt en heat emboste de sneeuwvlokken.

Stamped the image, colored it up using my Copic markers and die cut it using the Beast Friends Die-Namics. Heat set a snowflake on some vellum and ide cut it. Heat set the sentiment out of the Cool Greetings on some Black Licorice and trimmed it to a banner. Stempelde de afbeelding, kleurde hem in met mijn Copic markers en stanste hem uit met de Beast Friends Die-Namics. Heat emboste de sneeuwvlok op vellum en stanste uit. Heat emboste de tekst uit de Cool Greetings op Black Licorice en sneed het tot een banner.

My Favorite Things - November Product Launch

 Hello all,

It’s time for the My Favorite Things November product launch! All new products are available right now! The MFT design team is sharing projects created with the new stuff. You can find loads of inspiration! Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things noveber product lancering. Alle nieuwe producten zijn vanaf nu verkrijgbaar! Het MFT design team deelt ook vandaag weer een lading aan inspiratie

And what are you buying? For more inspiration I decided on making a card using the new stamps by artist Yan called Playful Penguins. It has been a while since I made a shaker so this was a great oppertunity.

Wat is er in jouw mandje beland? Voor meer inspiratie maakte ik een kaart met de nieuwe stempel van Yan genaamd Playful Penguins. Het was alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik een shaker kaart maakte dit was dus een goed excuus.

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card and adhered a piece of pattern paper out the Keep Me in Stitches Paper Pad. Cut eight Smooth White frame's using the A2 Rectangle Frames Die-Namics. Between layer seven and eight I added some Acetate. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart en beplakte deze met het designpapier uit de Keep Me in Stitched Paper Pad. Stanste acht Smooth White frames met de A2 Rectangle Frames Die-namics. Tussen laag zeven en acht plakte ik een stuk acetate.

Inked up the background, for the water I used Tumbled Glass and Mermaid Lagoon. For the sky I used Cracked Pistashio and Peacock Feathers. Heat set the snowflakes using the Snowflake Flurry Background. Adhered the shaker onto the card. Beinkte de achtergrond, voor het water gebruikte ik Tumbled Glass en Mermaid Lagoon. Voor de lucht Cracked Pistashio en Peacock Feathers. Heat emboste de sneeuwvlokken met de Snowflake Flurry Background. Plakte daarna de shaker op de kaart.

Stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut the using the Playful Penguins Die-Namics. Paperpieced the sweater using the same Pattern Paper. Heat set the sentiment on some Black Licorice and cut them into banners. Adhered everything onto the shaker using foam tape. Stempelde de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Playful Penguins Die-Namics. Paperpiecte de trui met hetzelfde designpapier. Heat emboste de teksten op Black Licorice cardstock en sneed ze tot banners. Plakte alles op de shaker met foam tape.

Pink - R85, R83, R81

Orange - YR07, YR04, YR02

White - E53, E51, E50, 0

Ice - BG13, BG11, BG10, 0
