Altenew - New Release

 Hello all,

Today i'm joining in on the latest release product instagramhop by Altenew! In my blogpost today, not one but two projects using the new products. Both of them are made using the December release products! Vandaag doe ik mee aan de nieuwste release instagramhop van Altenew! In mijn blogpost niet één maar twee projecten met de nieuwste producten. Voor beide projecten gebruikte ik de nieuwste release producten!

For my first card I used a topfold Smooth White base card. Using a piece of white cardstock and the Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder to create a rectangle background. Added a strip of light Gray cardstock behind and and adhered it on the basecard.

Voor mijn eerste kaart sneed ik een Smooth White basis kaart. Met wit cardstock en het Curving Leaves 3D Embossingfolder maakte ik de achtegrond. Plakte hier een strip lichtgrijs cardstock achter en plakte dit op de basiskaart.

Using three different colors of Gray ink and a black outline ink I stamped the butterfly out of the Delicate Butterfly. Cut it using the delicate Butterfly Diet Set. Using the Versatile Greetings Hot Foil and the matching Versatile Greetings Die Set, I hot foiled "friend" using a black hot foil on some white cardstock. Het set the small sentiment on some light gray cardstock and adhered all the elements on the card.

Met een zwarte outline inkt en drie verschillende kleuren grijs tinten stempelde ik de Delicate Butterfly. Stanste hem daarna uit met de bijpassende Butterfly Die Set. Voor de teksten gebruikte ik de Versatile Greetings Hot Foil en Die Set. Hot foiled de tekst "friend" met zwarte hot foil op wit cardstock. Heat emboste de kleine tekst met wit embossing poeder op lichtgrijs cardstock en plakte daarna alle elementen op de kaart.

For my second card I cut a topfold white base card, trimmed 1/4 inch strips of white, yellow, green and pink cardstock. Adhered them on the base card. Using the Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil Plate and gold foil on some white cardstock and trimmed it down to a smaller rectangle.

Voor mijn tweede kaart sneed ik een topfold witte basis kaart. Sneed 1/4 inch strips van wit, geel, groen en roze cardstock en plakte dit op de basiskaart. Met de Ornamental Bouquet Hot Foil plate en goude folie hotfoiled ik de plaat op wit cardstock en sneed het tot een iets kleinere rechthoek.

Inkblended the floral using my Distress Oxide ink and the Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Die cut the sentiment using the Versatile Greetings Die set and stamped the sentiment out of the Cherry Blossoms Bunch. Inktblende het boeket met mijn Distress Oxide inkten en het Ornamental Bouquet Simple Coloring Stencil. Stanste de tekst met het Versatile Greetings Die Set en stempelde de tekst uit de Cherry Blossoms Bunch.

My Favorite Things May Release Countdown Day 3

Welcome to day three of the May release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! So hop along for more beautiful inspiration by the team. Welkom bij dag drie van de mei release countdown van My Favorite Things, we zijn halverwege! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

Today we are showcasing the newest set by artist Stacey Yacula called Peaceful Birds. Beside the new stampset we are also showcasing another hot foil die, the Hot Foil Octagon Frames Die-Namics

Vandaag laten we de nieuwste set van artiest Stacey Yacula zien genaamd Peaceful Birds. Naast de nieuwe stempel introduceren we ook een andere hot foil stans, namelijk de Hot Foil Octagon Frames Die-Namics.

For my card I cut a Kraft basecard, on a piece of Smooth White cardstock I hotfoiled the Hot Foil Octagon Frames Die-Namics using gold foil. Heat set the sentiment out of the Deepest Sympathy stamp on the white rectangle and adhered it on the base card.

Voor mijn kaart sneed ik een kraft basiskaart, op een stuk Smooth white cardstock hot foiled ik de Hot Foil Octagon Frames Die-Namics met gouden foil. Heat emboste de tekst uit de Deepest Sympathy stempel op de witte rechthoek en plakte het op de basiskaart.

Stamped the images using a light ink on some watercolor paper and colored them up using my zig markers. Die cut the images using the Peacuful Birds Die-Namics and adhered them on to the card. Finished the card of by adding some gold sequins. Stempelde de afbeeldingen met een lichte inkt op aquarel papier en kleurde zin met mijn Zig markers. Stanste de afbeeldingen uit met de Peaceful Birds Die-Namics en plakte ze op de kaart. Werkte de kaart af met verschillende gouden sequins.

My Favorite Things - Rainbow Bridge Card Kit Release

 Hello all,

The day is here that the Rainbow Bridge card kit release by My Favorite Things is avaible! What do you think is it beautiful or what? So what is ending up in your shopping cart? Watch your budget but have fun shopping! De dag is aangebroken dat de Rainbow Greetings card kit release van My Favorite Things verkrijgbaar is! En wat vond je ervan schitterend toch? Welke producten belanden bij jou in het mandje? Let op je budget maar heb vooral plezier met winkelen!

For today's inspiration I decided to use the fun Through the Clouds stencil together with a few other products that come in the versatile card kit.

Voor mijn inspiratie van vandaag besloot ik het leuke Through the Clouds stencil te gebruiken in combinatie met verschillende andere producten die in deze card kit zitten.

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card. Inkblended the clouds using the stencil and Salty Ocean Distress ink on the card. Splattered some water and die cut two cloud borders and inkblended those aswell. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basiskaart. Inktblende de wolken met het stencil en Salty Ocean Distress inkt op de kaart. Spetterde water en stanste twee wolken randen en blende hier wat inkt op.

Die cut the rainbow using the Raindbow Bridge Die-Namics out of Picked Raspberry, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summer Splash and Grape Jelly. Adhered it onto the card and die cut the cat Silhouette using Black Licorice and the Pet Silhouettes Die-Namics. Stanste de regenboog van de Rainbow Bridge Die-Namics uit Picked Raspberry, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Summer Splash en Grape Jelly. Plakte alles op de kaart en stanste de kat met de Pet Silhouette Die-Namics en Black Licorice cardstock.

Stamped the sentiment out of the Rainbow Bridge Goodbyes directly onto the card. Die cut a red heart, glued it onto the card and added some Glossy Accent. Finished the card of using different seizes of clear sequins. Stempelde de tekst uit de Rainbow Bidge Goodbyes rechtstreeks op de kaart. Stanste het hartje uit, plakte dit op de kaart en gaf het een laagje Glossy Accent. Werkte de kaart af met verschillende maten clear sequins.

The Card Kit contains the Rainbow Bridge Goodbyes stamp set, Rainbow Bridge Die-Namics, Pet Silhouettes Die-Namics, Through the Clouds Stencil, Heavenly Glow Stencil, Pawsome Prints Paper pad, Two sheets of Smooth White cardstock and one sheet of the following colors; Wild Cherry, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Cornflower, Grape Jelly and Black Licorice. De Card Kit bestaat uit de rainbow Bridge Goodbyes stempel, Rainbow Bridge Die-Namics, Pet Silhouettes Die-Namics, Through the Clouds Stencil, Heavenly Glow Stencil, Pawsome Prints Paper pad, twee vellen Smooth White cardstock en één vel cardstock van de volgende kleuren; Wild Chery, Orange Zest, Lemon Drop, Limelight, Cornflower, Grape Jelly en Black Licorice.

As always My Favorite Things is offering a new free for $60 that comes with this kit; Cutest Clouds Ever Die-Namics. Uiteraard zijn de producten ook los te koop, wanneer je alleen geïnteresseerd bent in één van de producten. Naast de Kit zelf biedt MFT de bijpassende With Sympathy Die-Namics, There Are No Goodbyes Stamp Set en de (eerder gereleased) Paw Prints Die-Namics aan. For my first card I kept it Clean and Simple. I cut a Smooth White cardbase, stamped the pawprints using Cement Gray and stamped the sentiment out of the same 

Rainbow Bridge Goodbyes stamp set using black ink. Die cut the heart out of the Paw Prints Die-Namics out of Red Hot and ahered everything onto a Cement Gray basecard. Voor mijn eerste kaart maakte ik een Clean en Simple kaart. Ik sneed een Smooth white rechthoek, stempelde met Cement Gray de pootjes op de kaart en uit dezelfde Rainbow Bridge Goodbyes stempel stempelde ik de tekst met zwarte ink. Stanste het hart uit de Paw Prints Die-Namics uit Red Hot cardstock en plakte alles op een Cement Gray basiskaart.

My Favorite Things - Vault Release Countdown day 1

Welcome back today for day one of the Vault Release countdown by My Favorite Things. Luckly the wait on the Vault Release is only short and you can have a shopping spree already tommorow Tuesday October 20th at 10:00 am EST. Welkom terug bij dag éém van de Vault Release coutndown by My Favorite Things. Gelukkig hoef je maar even te wachten want morgen zijn ze al beschikbaar om 16:00!

Today i went for a card we rather not make but sometimes we just have to. I think that the Falling Leaves Die-Namics are a match for that! Voor mijn kaart van vandaag maakte ik een kaart die we allemaal liever niet maken maar soms gewoon één nodig hebben. Ik vind dat de Falling Leaves Die-Namics hier perfect voor gemaakt is.

So the base of the card is a side fold Smooth White base card. Out of gravel Grey i cut a scallopped rectangle, cut another Smooth White panel and on to that there is a Vellum rectangle. De basis van de kaart is een Smooth White basis kaart. Uit Gravel grey stanste ik de scalloped rechthoek, daarna nog een Smooth White rechthoek en daarbovenop een Vellum rechthoek

Out of Sour Apple i cut the leaves twice and added some Peeled Paint Distress ink. Mixed up the Distress ink with water and splattered it onto the leaves. Try tro fit the leaves on the white panel until i was happy. Glued the Gravel Grey, Smooth White and Vellum on the base card in this order and then i added the leaves. Uit Sour Apple stanste ik de bladeren twee keer en bewerkte ze met Peeled Pain Distress inkt. Mixte de Distress inkt met water en spetterde dit op de bladeren. pastte en meette de bladeren binnen het witte cardstock en sneed uit wat overbodig was. Plakte het Gravel Grey, Smooth White en Vellum in deze volgorde op de basiskaart en voegde daarna de bladeren toe.

Heat embost the sentiment on some Gravel Grey cardstock and cut it into a rectangle. Added it to the base card and finished of using some Black enamel dots. Heat embostte de tekst op Gravel Grey cardstock en sneed er een rechthoek van. Plakte het op de basiskaart en werkte het af met zwarte enamel dots.
