September Krafty Skrappin' (anything but a kard!) Challenge.

Hallo allemaal / Hello everybody,

Today starts a new anything but a card challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps blog. You can enter this challenge with anything as long as it is not a card!

THIS MONTH'S THEME: ANYTHING GOES!!!

1. Create ANY scrap page, Project Life Layout or pocket page cards, altered item, etc. JUST NOT A CARD!

2. MUST be a NEW creation (created on or after this post date)

3. MUST use Kraftin Kimmie stamps to be entered in to the drawing.

4. You have a month to play, enter AS MANY TIMES as you'd like!

5. PRIZES?!? Of course there are prizes!! Once we've reached 5 entries, we draw a random winner (winner will be drawn at the close of the challenge)!!

6. You have until Monday, October 24th @ 12:00 pm Eastern to get your entries in.

7. Be sure to also share your creations on our Krafty Friends FB page so we can all drool and OOHHHH and AHHHHH!

I decided to pimp a giftbag to a trick or tr(eat) bag. I used Dutch Doobadoo box art (470.713.007), Marianne design Die, Nuvuo drops black and clear, cheesecloth, Graphic 45 papers.

I made one box but did both sides. I first made the box itself out of black cardstock. Then cut out the designpapers for all sides. I used some distress inkt to distress the designpapers and the oval in the middle. I die cutted the oval dies twice out of black cardstock and made the white oval cardstock by hand using the inside of the die. 

I stamped both zombie girls off the set Trick or Eat and colored them up in sepia tones (E47, E44, E43, E42, E41, E40) and fussy cutted both the zombies. I attached them to the ovals with 3-d tape and then added some dots with the nuvuo drops. I stamped the sentiments one from the set Trick or Eat and one from the set Monster Mash. Behind the oval i did some cheesecloth.

Krafty peeks day 2: Devilish Deborah

Hallo allemaal / Hello Everybody!

Good morning and welcome to Day Two of our September New Release Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Did you love yesterday's peek??  Well guess what?  We've got TWO MORE  ladies from artist Annie Rodrigue for you today!

First up is DEVILISH DEBORAH!

This creepy chick has a few little ghoulish friends!  Also her hair and dress are SO fun to colour!!  Plus there are three fun sentiments.

Next is ELECTRIC EVELYN!

Check out this hilarious image featuring the Bride of Frankenstein!!  Not only is the image amazing but the sentiments are HILARIOUS!!!  Don't you love this fabulous new stamp set?!

I used papers from Grapic 45, black, green and purple cardstock, Marianne Design Die, Ribbon, Gel pen, Wild Orchid crafts flowers, sewing machine and a charm

I colored up Devilish Deborah with copics and ended up fussy cutting here, and i can tell you that was not easy! I glued here on top off the card with 3-d tape.
