My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #204

 Hello all!

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This challlenge I decided to make a birthday because the color sceme is perfect for that!. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Voor deze challenge maakte ik een verjaardagkaart omdat het kleurenschema zich hier perfect voor leende.

For my birthday card I decided on combining the Catitude together with the Happy Hippo's and a Mice Day to Celebrate. I topped the card off with a the Happy Birthday Die-Namics.

Voor mijn verjaardag kaart combineerde ik de Catitude stempel samen met de Happy Hippos en de Mice Day to Celebrate. Ik werkte het geheel af met de Happy Birthday Die-Namics.

Masked off the bottom of the card and inkblended some Hickory Smoke on the bottom. Inkblended some Summer Splash to the top of the card and splattered some water. Die cut the Happy Birthday and outline out of Smooth White and Gravel Gray and glued them together and onto the card.

Maskeerde de onderkant van de kaart en inktblende wat Hickory Smoke aan de onderkant. Inktblende wat Summer Splash aan de bovenzijde en spetterde water. Stanste de Happy Birthday en outline uit Smooth White en Gravel Gray. Plakte ze op elkaar en op de kaart.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Adhered everything onto the the card and added some white gelpen details to the images. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alles op de kaart en voegde nog wat gelpen details toe.

Cats / Gray - C8, C6, C4, C2 / R27, R22, R20, R00/ C5, C3, C1, C00, 0

Bright Pink - RV09, RV06, RV04, RV02

Soft Pink - RV17, RV54, RV52

White - C5, C3, C1, C00, 0

My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #184

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This challlenge i decided to make a card using plants because the color sceme is perfect for that!. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Voor deze challenge maakte ik een kaart me planten omdat het kleurenschema zich hier perfect voor leende.

So plants is the main theme on my card today, when I decided on plants the rest was easy peasy to figure out. It happens that the blue color combo was in the Festive Celebration Paper Pad so I could use that aswell! 

Met planten als hoofdthema van de kaart is was de rest niet heel moeilijk te bedenken. Nu was het toeval dat er in het Festive Celebration Paper Pad ook nog dezelfde kleur combo zat dus die kon ik mooi combineren.

Die cut a Smooth White rectangle, added some brick using the English Brick Wall Stencil and Cement Gray ink. Added a strip of Cement Gray cardstock, glued the panel onto a Smooth White topfold card, were I added the pattern paper onto. Stanste een Smooth White rechthoek, voegde wat stenen toe met het English Brick Wall Stencil en Cement Gray inkt. Plakte een strip Cement Gray cardstoc, op de onderkant van de witte rechthoek. Plakte alles op een topfold basiskaart die ik beplakt heb met het designpapier.

Stamped the sentiment out of the Heap of Hellos before glueing the panel onto the cardbase. Die cut all the elements of the Cat & Plant Perches and the Houseplants Die-Namics using Sour Apple, Blue Beyond, Blue Yonder and Smooth White. Stempelde de tekst uit de Heap of Hellos voordat ik hem op de kaart plakte. Stanste alle onderdelen van de Cat & Plant Perches en de Houseplants Die-Namics met Sour Apple, Blue Beyond, Blue Yonder en Smooth White.

Inkblended some green into the leaves and plants to give them a bit more depth. Assembled all the loose parts into for plants and glued them on to the base card using foam tape. Inktblende wat groene inkt op de bladeren en stelen zodat er wat meer diepte ontstond. Plakte alle losse onderdelen aan elkaar en plakte het op de basiskaart met foamtape.

My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #163

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This challlenge i decided to go for a colorfull card using the Stitched Flowers Die-Namics. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Voor deze challenge heb ik een verjaardagskaart gemaakt met de leuke Stitched Flowers Die-Namics.

So for today's color challenge i decided to play with the beautiful Stitched Flowers Die-Namics. Easy to make with a beautiful result.

Voor de kleuren challenge van vandaag besloot ik gebruik te maken van de Stitched Flowers Die-Namics. Makkelijk om te gebruiken en een super leuk resultaat.

So i cut a topfold Smooth White base card and splattered some Gravel Grey on to it. Cut a Gravel Grey circle and heat embost the sentiment on to it. Glued it on to the base card and trimmed of the rest.

Sneed een Smooth White basiskaart en spetterde er wat Gravel Grey inkt op. Stansten uit Gravel Grey Cardstock een cirkel en heat emboste de tekst. Plakte hem op de basiskaart en sneed het resterende van de cirkel af. 

Die cut the flowers and leaves out of Princess Pink, Poppin' Pink and Prickley Pear. Added some Poppin' Pink ink to the Princess Pink Flowers and some white pigment ink to the Poppin' Pink flowers. Finished the card of using some clear sequins. Stanste de bloemen en bladeren uit Princess Pink, Poppin' Pink en Prickley Pear. Voegde wat Poppin' Pink inkt toe aan de Princess Pink bloemen en wat witte pigment inkt aan de Poppin' Pink bloemen. Werkte de kaart af met wat verschillende maten doorzichtige sequins.

My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #153

Hello all!

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This challlenge i decided to go for a Christmas card because i really need a few more Christmas cards this year. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Voor deze challenge heb ik een kerst kaart gemaakt, ik heb echt nog wel een aantal kerstkaarten nodig!

So instead of a traditional Christmas card i went a bit outside the box and made a really colorful one using the Zippy Zebra's. In plaats van een traditionele kaart ging ik ditmaal totaal uit die richting en maakte een heel kleurrijke met de Zippy Zebra's.

So for my card i cut a Summer Splash rectangle and splattered some white paint on it. Cut a border of Stitched snow out of Smooth White cardstock and added some Copic lines. Cut the trees out of Natural and added everything to the base. Voor mijn kaart stanste ik een Summer Splash stitched rectangle en spetterde er wat witte verf op. Stanste een Smooth White sneeuw border en voegde wat kleur toe met mijn Copics. Stanste de bomen uit Natural en plakte alles op de kaart.Using Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Brick Wall and Fired Brick Distress ink i colored a panel and then cut the big word out of it. Cut of the remaing part of this die and heat embost the sentiment. Met Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Brick Wall and Fired Brick Distress inkt kleurde ik een paneel in en stanste daarna de stans. Knipte het woord "bright" af en heat emboste de tekst.

Stamped the zebra's, colored them up and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. Die cut the santa hats and added that so the colors would be more in balance. Glued the whole panel on to a topfold Razzle Berry cardbase. Stempelde de zebra's, kleurde ze in en stanste uit met de bijpassende Die-Namics. Stanste de kerstmutsen en plakte deze op zodat de balans of de kleuren ok is. Plakte het geheel op een topfold Razzle Berry basiskaart.

Used Copic Colors:

White - C5, C3, C1, C00, 0

Pink - R20

Blue - BG34, BG32, BG10, 0

My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #151

Hello all!

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This challlenge i decided to go for a Christmas card because i thought this color sceme was really fitting for that. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Voor deze challenge heb ik een kerst kaart gemaakt. Ik vond dat het kleurenschema van deze challenge er mooi bij paste.

So for this color challenge i decided not to color ;) and went for a die cut design. Voor deze kleurenchallenge besloot ik niet te kleuren maar voor een stans design te gaan.

So for my base card i made a Smooth White Topfold cardbase, i stamped the Lined by hand Background using Grout Grey ink. Die cut the leaves in Limelight and Jellybean Green and added it to the card so it would be a wreath. Die cut the berries out of Electric red and added thoose also. Voor mijn basis kaart gebruikte ik Smooth White cardstock, stempelde hierop de Lined by hand Achtergrond stempel met Grout Grey inkt. Stanste de blaadjes in Limelight en Jelleybean Green en maakte er de wreath mee. Stanste de berries uit Electric Red cardstock.

Stamped the sentiment in the middle of the wreath using Electric Red ink. Finished of the design using different seizes of clear sequins. Stempelde de tekst in het midden van de wreath in Electric Red inkt. Werkte het geheel af met verschillende maten clear sequins.

My Favorite Things - Color Challenge #139

Hello all!

Today i'm here with a new Color Challenge by My Favorite Things. This week i decided to Work ahead a bit and make a Christmas Card. Vandaag ben ik er met een nieuwe kleuren challenge van My Favorite Things. Deze week besloot ik wat vooruit te werken en een kerstkaart te maken.

For my base a cut a Smooth White Topfold card 10,5 x 13,5. I cut a Blue Yonder rectangle in the same seize and added the pinetrees using the stencil and Picket Fence Distress Ink. Voor de basis sneed ik een topfold kaart 10,5 x 13,5. Uit Blue Yonder sneed ik rechthoek in dezelfde maat en bewerkte dit met een stencil en Picket Fence Distress inkt.

 Out of Smooth White cardstock i cut a snow border, and three times the word "Believe". Cut the same word out of Cement Grey and glued them together. Die cut the heart out of Tangy Orange cardstock and added a layer of Glossy Accent on the whole word. Uit Smooth White cardstock stamste ik een sneeuwrand en drie keer het woord "Believe". Uit Cement Grey cardstock stanste ik nogmaals het woord en plakte het op elkaar. Stanste het hartje uit Tangy Orange cardstock en bewerkte het hele woord met Glossy Accent.

On Tangy Orange cardstock i heat embost the sentiment and cut it using a banner die. Op Tangy Orange cardstock heat emboste ik de tekst en stanste het uit met een banner stans.

With Extreme Black i stamped the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching Die-Namics. I added a layer of Liqued Applicator and heat set that to make it fluffy. Met Extreme Black inkt stempelde ik de afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze met bijbehorende stansen. Bracht op de mutsen een laagje Liqued Applicator aan en verwarmde dit zodat het fluffy werd.

Penguin - YR07, YR04, YR02, C5, C3, C1, C00, 0, N7, N5, N4, N3

Presents/hat and candy - R27, R17, R14, R12
