My Favorite Things July Release Countdown Day 2

More Birthday products! Yes you read that right, because My Favorite Things is celebrating there 10th Birthday this release is all about Birthday's! For today's inspiration I created yet another duo of cards using the Happy Happy Birthday.

Nog meer verjaardag producten! Ja je leest het inderdaad goed, omdat My Favorite Things deze maand hun 10de verjaardag viert staat deze release helemaal in het teken van verjaardagen. Voor mijn inspiratie van vandaag maakte ik nogmaals een duo kaarten ditmaal met de Happy Happy Birthday.

For both cards I did excactly the same, the only difference is that I used three different main colors for each card. 

Voor beide kaarten deed ik hetzelfde, het enige verschil is dat ik voor beide kaarten drie andere hoofdkleuren gebruikte.

I cut two Smooth White rectangles and stamped the bold sentiment in the colors Cotton Candy, Orange Zest and Lemon Drop. Stamped the outline using Cement Gray and the Birthday with a black ink.

Sneed twee Smooth White recththoeken en stempelde de kleure Cotton Candy, Orange Zest en Lemon Drop. Stempelde de outline met Cement Gray en de Birthday met een zwarte inkt.

For the other card I used the colors Limelight, Summer Splash and Grape Jelly. 

Voor de andere kaart gebruikte ik de kleuren Limelight, Summer Splash en Grape Jelly.

Cut strips of the matching colors cardstock and adhered them on to a Smooth White topfold base card. Added the stamped rectangle on the base card using foam tape. Finished the card of adding some clear bubbles. Sneed strips uit de bijpassende kleuren cardstock en plakte deze op een Smooth White topfold basis kaart. Plakte de gestempelde rechthoek met foam tape op de kaart. Werkte het geheel af met doorizchtige bubbles.

My Favorite Things July Release Countdown Day 3

Welcome to day three of the July release countdown by My Favorite Things, we are halfway there! So hop along for more beautiful inspiration by the team. Welkom bij dag drie van de juli release countdown van My Favorite Things, we zijn halverwege! Hop gezellig mee langs alle design team leden voor meer inspiratie.

Today we have a few amazing products! I decided to create a duo of card using the Balloon Party Stencil combined with the Inside & Out Birthday Greetings.

Ook vandaag hebben we weer verschillende leuke producten voor jullie! Ik besloot vandaag een kaarten duo te maken met het Balloon Party Stencil gecombineerd met de Inside & Out Birthday Greetings stempel.

For both cards I used the same process. I two Smooth White topfold base cards and added pattern paper on the front out of the Colorful Canvas Paper Pad. Voor beide kaarten gebruikte ik het zelfde process. Ik sneed twee Smooth White topfold basiskaarten en beplakte de voorkant met designpapier uit het Colorful Canvas Paper Pad.

Cut two Smooth White rectangles and added the balloons on the pink card using Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade, Candied Apple and Carved Pumpkin. Splattered some water and stamped the sentiment. Sneed twee Smooth White rechthoeken en inktblende de ballonen voor de roze kaart met Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade, Candied Apple en Carved Pumpkin. Spetterde water en stempelde de tekst.

For the blue card I used Cracked Pistashio, Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch, Shabby Shutters and Mowed Lawn. Adhered the inkblended panels on to the base using foam tape.

Voor de blauwe kaart gebruikte ik Cracked Pistashio, Peacock Feathers, Blueprint Sketch, Shabby Shutters en Mowed Lawn. Plakte de rechthoeken op de basiskaart met foam tape.

Added some different seizes of clear sequins on to the base. On the inside of both cards I stamped another sentiment out of the Inside & Out Birthday Greetings. Plakte verschillende maten doorzichtige sequins op de basis. Op de binnenkant van beide kaarten stempelde ik dezelfde tekst uit de Inside & Out Birthday Greetings.

Studio Light - Happy Summer

Hallo Allemaal,

Hier is mijn wekelijkse post voor Studio Light weer. Deze keer maakte ik een slimline kaart met de Swimming Fun. Naast dat het mijn wekelijkse post is, heb je ook nog (6x) kans om de complete collectie van de Summer Sweet Stories te winnen op mijn Instagram. I'm back with my weekly post for Studio Light. This time around I made a slimline card using the SS Swimming Fun. Beside that it is my weekly post, this card is part of a Instagram Hop also. With this hop you have six chances on winning the whole new Sweet Stories Summer Collection!

Stanste een gele rechthoek en inktblende de wolken erop met het stencil en gele inkt. Inktblende het water met Cracked Pistashio en Peacock Feathers. Het zand met Antique Linen en Vintage Photo en stanste beide uit met de sneeuwstans uit SS-CD154.

Die cut a yellow rectangle and inktblended de clouds using a mask and yellow ink. Inktblended the water using Cracked Pistashio and Peacock Feathers. The sand I made using Antique Linen and Vintage Photo. Die cut both the water and sand using the snow die out off SS-CD154.

Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Stanste de parasol en de envelop en maakte het tot een geheel. Heat emboste de tekst op cardstock en stanste uit met de bijpassende stansen.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers en die cut them using the matching dies. Die cut the umbrella and the envelop and assembled them. Heat set the sentiment onto blue cardstock and die cut them using the matching dies.

Plakte alles op de kaart en het geheel ging op een iets grotere witte rechthoek. Beplakte een topfold witte kaart met designpapier en plakte hier de scene op. Adhered everything on to the yellow card base and that went on to a slightly larger white rectangle. Adhered some pattern paper on a topfold white base card and adhered the scene on to the base.

My Favorite Things July Release Countdown Day 4

 Hello all,

One day closer to the July release by My Favorite Things! Only four more days to go until the new release will be avaible! Dag 4 van de My Favorite Things juli release countdown is hier, dat betekend dat het nu nog maar vier dagen duurt voordat de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar is!

The products that we are showcasing today are Farm-tastic! That means that all products todat are farm related. For my Inspiration card I used the Farm-Tastic Friends.

De producten van vandaag laten we boerderij-achtige producten zien! Dat betekend dat alles wat we vandaag laten zien boederij gerelateerd is. Voor mijn inspiratie kaart van vandaag maakte ik een kaart met de Farm-Tastic Friends.

Die cut the Color Wave Cover-Up Die-Namics out of Smooth White cardstock and inkblended the die cuts using the colors; Gathered Twigs, Purnice Stone, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean. Stanste de Color Wave Cover-Up Die-Namics uit Smooth White cardstock en inktblende de gestanste onderdelen met de kleuren; Gathered Twigs, Purnice Stone, Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass en Salty Ocean.

Splattered some water and water mixed with Ground Espresso, Black Soot and Peeled Paint. Adhered the inked die cuts together and onto a Smooth White topfold base card using foam tape. Plakte de uitgestanste onderdelen aan elkaar en het geheel ging op een topfold Smooth White basiskaart met foam tape.

Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the Farm-tastic Friends Die-Namics. Heat set the sentiment on som Black Licorice cardstock and cut it into a banner. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de Farm-Tastic Friends Die-Namics. Heat emboste de tekst op Black Licorice cardstock en stanste het tot een banner.

My Favorite Things July Release Countdown Day 5

It’s time for the My FavoriteThings July release countdown! During the countdown, the MFT Design Team is sharing lots of projects featuring all of the new products. The new release will officially be available on July 12th at 10:00 am EST (= Europe: July 12th at 4:00 pm CET). Het is tijd voor de My Favorite Things juli release countdown! Nog 5 dagen en dan is de nieuwe release verkrijgbaar. Tijdens de countdown, laat het MFT Design Team verschillende projecten zien met alle nieuwe producten. De release zal verkrijgbaar zijn op 12 juli om 10:00 am EST (in Nederland op 12 juli om 16:00)

Today we are showcasing the newest sets by artist Yan Au. I decided to make an interactive card using the Eat Lots of Cake.

Vandaag starten we de release countdown met de nieuwste stempels van artiest Yan Au. Ik besloot een interactieve kaart te maken met de nieuwste Eat Lots of Cake stempel.

Cut a Smooth White topfold base card and added a piece of pattern paper out of the Festive Celebrations Paper Pad. Cut a smaller Smooth White rectangle and added a strip of Gravel Gray cardstock and inkblended Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry. Sneed een Smooth White topfold basis kaart en plakte er een stuk designpapier op uit het Festive Celebrations Paper Pad. Sneed een kleinere Smooth Whtie rechthoek en plakte er een strip Gravel Gray cardstock op en inktblende het met Worn Lipstick en Picked Raspberry.

Die cut the Perfect Present Die-Namics out of Summer Splash and Caribbean Sea cardstock. Decided were I wanted the present to be and cut a piece of Smooth White cardstock. Stamped the sentiment and made the mechanisme using Spin & Slide Channels Die-Namics combined with the Slider Elements. Stanste de Perfect Present Die-Namics uit Summer Splash en Caribbean Sea cardstock. Besloot waar ik het cadeau wilde hebben en sneed een stuk Smooth White cardstock. Stempelde de tekst en maakte het mechanisme met de Spin & Slide Channels Die-Namics gecombineerd met de Slider Elements.

Assembled the slider mechanisme and added some details with a white gelpen. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the matching dies. Adhered all the images on to the card using glue or foam tape. Plakte het slider mechanisme op de kaart en voegde wat witte gelpen details toe aan de het cadeau. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende stansen. Plakte alle afbeeldingen op de kaart met lijm of foam tape.

Sunny Studio - Kiddie Pool

 Hello all,

I'm back again with my weekly post for Sunny Studio Stamps. Today I hope to inspire you with a with a series of Artist Trading cards using the Kiddie Pool. Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse post voor Sunny Studio Stamps. Vandaag hoop ik jullie te inspireren met een serie Artist Trading Cards die ik maakte met de Kiddie Pool.

For my series of ATC cards I started with the background. I cut three pieces of white cardstock and inkblended the water / sky scene using Vintage Photo, Antique Linen, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistashio, Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Picked Raspberry. Splattered some water and added some white paint on the waves.

Voor mijn serie ATC kaarten startte ik met de achtergrond. Ik stanste drie stukken wit cardstock en inktblende de zee/ strand / lucht scene met Vintage Photo, Antique Linen, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistashio, Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin en Picked Raspberry. Spetterde water en voegde wat witte verf toe voor de golven.

Cut the tree larger rectangles using pattern paper and glued them together. Die cut the Trees out of the Tropical Trees Background and added them onto the cards. Cut a sun out of yellow cardstock and trimmed it down into half a sun.

Stanste drie grotere rechthoeken van designpapier en plakte ze op elkaar. Stanste de bomen uit de Tropical Trees Background en plakte ze op de kaarten. Stanste de zon uit geel cardstock, halveerde hem en plakte hem op de kaart.

Stamped all the images out of the Kiddie Pool stamp. Colored them up using my Copic markers and cut them using the Kiddie Pool dies. Adhered the images and stamped the sentiment out of the Sending Sunshine stamp directly onto the card. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen uit de Kiddie Pool stempel. Kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit met de bijpassende Kiddie Pool stansen. Plakte de afbeeldingen op de kaarten en stempelde de tekst uit de Sending Sunshine stempel direct op de kaart.

Studio Light - I got Sunshine in my pocket.

Hallo Allemaal,

Daar ben ik weer met mijn wekelijkse inspiratie kaart voor Studio Light! Ditmaal besloot ik om wederom met de nieuwe Sweet Stories een kaart te maken. Today i'm back again to inspire you with some Studio Light products! This time I decided on making yet another card using the new Sweet Stories.

Voor deze kaart sneed ik een witte rechthoek en inkte de bovenzijde met Tumbled Glass en Salty Ocean. Stanste het hek en het gras en bewerkte het gras met Mowed Lawn Distress inkt.

For my card I cut a white rectangle and inked up the topside using Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean. Die cut the fence and the grass and added some Mowed Lawn onto the grass.

Stanste alle onderdelen van het zwembad en de parasol en plakte het tot een geheel. Stempelde alle afbeeldingen, kleurde ze in met mijn Copic markers en stanste ze uit. Inkte het water van het zwembad met Salty Ocean, maakte er een snee in en plakte de neushoorn erin.

Die cut all the parts of the swimming pool and the parasol and adhered them until they are complete. Stamped all the images, colored them up using my Copic markers and die cut them using the matching dies. Inked the water using some Salty Ocean and added a cut in the water were the rhino would fit true.

Plakte alle losse onderdelen op de kaart en bewerkte het met een witte gelpen en glossy accent. Stempelde de tekst op de kaart en heat emboste de andere tekst op geel cardstock en knipte het uit. Glued all the loose elements onto the card and added some white gelpen details and some glossy accent. Stamped the sentiments on to the card and heat set another on some yellow cardstock and cut it using my sciccors.
