Krafty Peeks day 4: Happy Thoughts!

Hallo allemaal / Hello Everybody!

Good morning and welcome to Day Four of our January New Release Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have an absolutely GORGEOUS new sentiment set by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!!

It's called HAPPY THOUGHTS!!!

Used materials: Distress inkt, barn door/carved pumpkin/ mustard seed/ twisted lemon/mermaid lagoon/picket fence, Dutch doobadoo stencil, black sequins, black gesso (mixed with water for the black spatters), black fineliner.

I made another serie Artist Trading Cards (don't forget they are up for trading!). First off i made the base of the four cards using the distress inks. Then i made the black line on the cards using a fineliner. I thought it was not enough so i used a stencil en some picket fence distress ink to make them pop a bit. To pop them a bit more i used black gesso mixed with water to make the splatters. Then i stamped the sentiments and ended up putting some black sequins onto them.
